When I ordered my Parker black bag in January I wasn’t worried until I read these reviews nevertheless my bag arrived one week later in a poor Black package and the bag had a scratch at the front so I returned it and I requested a new label via chat customer service as the label that they provided was unclear and it could not be scanned. I ordered the same Parker bag and received it few days later in a good packaging and the bag is stunning. I contacted the customer service via the chat box and they refunded me within 10 days. I am very happy with the bag and the customer service Darling and Ramona who were very helpful. I would advise you to contact the chat service as Someone will help you.

Always had a brilliant experience with Coach online ...until now. Ordered a bag and card case, which did arrive incredibly quickly. Or rather the bag did - the card case was listed on the packing slip, but was not in the package. The bag itself was appallingly packaged - not zipped up and so overstuffed with paper that the top of the bag was wavy when I closed it. Over the course of 4 days 4 different customer service staff replied to me - each wanted to know an addition piece of information to the last. ..and they all focussed on the poor packaging rather than the missing item. Now waiting to hear back about that 'from the warehouse' - though exactly what I don't know. ' Oh yes, I remember NOT putting a card case in that order'

Great Experience with the Canadian Coach Site
I am in Canada and purchased through their Canadian site. I saw a Facebook ad for a pair of boots and ended up going through with the purchase. There were some issues with their website using Chrome so I used Edge. I had to use their online chat to help me troubleshoot my order still, but in the end they were very helpful and professional and the order was placed.The shipping was nice and fast. The boots are glorious. I may need to return them to my local store and buy one size smaller but I'm confident that I'm not going to have any issues based on my experience so far.

AMAZING... AMAZING... Gabriel made this entire experience be the best it could be, at first ordering online can make one crazy, lol saying the least. Even customer service could not help.But somehow Gabriel started texting me from the Costa Mesa Location. He is such an amazing person and so helpful. WOW, this is what I expect from COACH. I think Gabriel will one day teach other employees of COACH how to handel customers. If he calmed me down and took my money with a smile, then he is the best pro sales person I know!!! I have never had a problem with Coach
I have never had a problem with Coach. Never had an issue with returns and only the best quality for my money. Coach retail bags have the best leather. Coach outlet is less costly but you’re still getting the quality for your buck. I don’t believe a well known company like Coach would scam you out of your money. These people complaining about not getting refund back probably work at ghetto flea market bling bling trashy style bags Michael Kors and want to try to bash the classic Coach heritage.

I have had Handbags for a few years from coach, spent a lot of money.The last handbag I bought in February, I had a tag added with my name. Within a couple of weeks the tag had fell off, I’d only used it twice. I emailed coach and explained what had happened and said it must not have been fitted correctly, and would they send me a new Tag. Twice I emailed them and no response what do ever. After spending a few grand on bags I will not shop with coach again has when there is a genuine problem you are ignored.Customer service on my behalf was non existent.NOT HAPPY COACHUpdated review I got in to coach again, They apologised saying they had not received my email.But looked into it again, although they could not send me a new Tag they did offer me a 10% refund from the price I originally paid. I accepted this and can confirm that I have received my 10% into my bank account.Thank you coach my faith has been reinstated. The only problem I can see is that all these emails on trust pilot have not been answered ? I don’t understand how such a big company cannot reply to bad reviews to try out them right

Received what I ordered within the timeframe stated
Ordered a bag online in the sale on Jan 19th, and after placing the order I suddenly thought to check the reviews. After seeing the negative on here I had a panic and tried to cancel the order online, but no option to do that. I was on the verge of calling my credit card company to ask them to stop the transaction, but a friend convinced me not to. I'm glad she did. I received a shipping confirmation Jan 22nd with tracking details, which initially said the order would be delivered Jan 28th, but I checked again on the morning of the 24th, to find it was out for delivery that day between 13.30 and 14.30. Order was delivered at 13.42. The bag was very well packaged and exactly what I ordered.People are quick to review the negative, but not so quick to do the same for the positive.I'm a happy customer, no complaints here.

Don't give up hope
Don't give up hope. I ordered my bag on the 14th Jan, received a tracking number and advised delivery would be on the 20th. The 20th came and went and the tracking info updated to say I would receive it on the 22nd. I didn't receive my bag and the tracking update stopped only to say it was stuck at the DPD Oldbury hub. I phoned DPD on the 26th, they advised the bag was on it's way back to Coach due to incomplete paperwork and for me to get in touch with Coach. I emailed Coach, no reply as yet but this morning (28th) my bag arrived in one piece and it's lovely. There must be a massive backlog but I do believe they are on their way, I was just fortunate to receive mine earlier than others. I've ordered lots from Coach before and this is the first time I've ever had a problem, however it would make me think twice about ordering from them in peak sale again.
