Bad ordering and customer support experience, but a great bike
I have to add my voice to the people complaining about delivery times. My order was made on April 5, expected shipping latest April 10. April 20 it is still "In Picking", after finally getting confirmed 9 days after being made, already way past the supposed expected shipping date (apparently somehow my order was missed?!). Last time I actually got through to the customer service (usually requires several hours of waiting for the chat, the phone is a lost cause) they assured me the order is ready, and will be sent out latest Monday, which did not happen. Today I haven't been able to get through... I understand those are difficult times, but the lack of communication and customer service is appalling. Providing decent customer service can be done from home - quarantine is no excuse for this poor experience! Spending over a thousand Euro on a bike just to get essentially no service, and for your order to blow past any deadline without any consideration or communication... it is insane. The bike I ordered was supposedly in stock. If you cannot fulfil the orders at the moment, then don't take them! Or at least inform people that they will have delivery times of 3+ weeks - be honest to your customers!I am sure the bike will be great, if I ever get it. But at this point I am seriously considering just canceling the order. If I could even get through to do that. Really disappointing experience.Update 27.04.: Since waiting for my bike was preventing me from going on with other plans, I contacted support to ask if I can pick it up personally in Koblenz - no dice. I also asked if I can pay for express shipping - again, no go. There was zero attempt to actually solve my problem. My honest impression was customer service is not actually empowered to solve problems, only to make excuses, and they seemed to not have much motivation to do that either.My in-stock bike was supposedly finally shipped on 22.04., 17 days after the order being placed. Since I live in Germany, I literally could have walked over there, assembled it myself, and ridden it back, before it ever managed to be in any danger of being shipped. And I say supposedly shipped, because as of today all that has happened to indicate shipping is a tracking number being generated. It is a very helpful tracking number - it gives me a lot reassurance every day that absolutely nothing is progressing with my order yet again.Update 04.05: My bike finally arrived on 28.04., 23 days after it was ordered. Ironically, Canyon sent me an email the next day, apologising that the delivery of my order would be further delayed... Another piece of irony was that the bike stand I ordered with my bike just does not work. There is a piece of metal that holds my rear disk brake to the chainstay, and it stops the bike from properly sliding in. Quite disappointing to have my Canyon bike stand not work with my Canyon bike... Let's see how the return experience goes.That said, the bike assembly was quite easy and straightforward. I then took the bike for a 30 km spin, and it rode like a dream. The bike itself is beautiful, stable (I have a Grand Canyon) and surprisingly agile. It really is a lot of bike for the money, and, if you ignore the overall experience, really worth it.I am thus adjusting my rating to a 3 - 1 for the ordering and customer support experience, and 5 for the bike itself. I am not sure I would order again, as the overall experience was quite stressful and I felt like there was very little information or consideration for the customer shown. But I will keep this bike, and I am sure I will greatly enjoy it.

Amazing product with tremendous value
Bought my first Canyon bike last year (the Canyon Grail CF SL 7.0). Rode it for almost 3 weeks and decided to return it. No question asked. The money was refunded very quickly. I ended up getting the more expensive Grail model because I'm happy with their customer service.I just ordered my second Canyon bike a week ago (the Endurace). The only concern that I had last year was related to the assembly. However, this turned out to be a no-brainer, even for a lousy mechanic like me. Installation was very easy. You just have to install these 3 parts on your bike: seatpost, handle bar, and front wheel. I'm happy with the value I'm getting with Canyon.

Great customer service!
I ordered a Neuron AL 7.0 SL on a Wednesday and received it by the following Monday. The bike is great quality, and assembly was a breeze. I did however have one issue. The dropper seat post was defective. After two separate calls, testing the dropper between, they sent me a replacement. Shout out to Matt, Christian, and Olivier, the three guys who got this taken care of for me.

The Canyon Roadlite 6 is a great bike…
The Canyon Roadlite 6 is a great bike if you are thinking about moving to a road bike, but not sure if drop bars are right for you. The bike arrived in a thick well-packed box. The internal packing was well thought out including foam and Velcro wraps to protect the frame and components. It was shipped across the country and not a single scratch on the bike. It took about one-half hour to unpack and assemble. I really appreciate that the bike comes with a tool kit that includes a torque driver. The performance of this bike is amazing. The Shimano 105 group set provides smooth shifting through my 16-mile daily exercise routine which involves 400 feet of elevation change. The hydraulic disc brakes provide precise control through downhill curves. I will never ride a bike with rim brakes again! The Schwalbe G-One Speed tires are fast and surprising comfortable. I mostly ride on dry/wet pavement and the tires have great traction. I ride aggressive and this bike is so fun to dive into corners and turns. I changed the bike to make if perfect for me. I swapped the saddle in favor of my fluid saddle from my old bike. I also spent $40 on a new adjustable stem and 30mm riser handlebar for a more comfortable riding position, somewhere in between factory and traditional hybrid position. It puts me in a more aerodynamic position without killing my hands, neck, and back. I can now crush the hills on my ride. The only issue I had is one of the tires had a bad tube out of the box. I replaced the tube and called Canyon to report this issue. Canyon answered on the second ring and they credited my VISA for the cost of the tube. Great customer service! I have about 250 miles on the bike and I have thoroughly enjoyed every mile!

I ordered Endurace CF SL Disc 7.0. Two days after placing my order the bike went on sale so I contacted customer service asking if they could perhaps reduce the price I paid to match the sale price or add some accessories. They agreed to do this with no problems! Bicycle was shipped within promised timeline and would arrived on time if UPS didn't hold it in their depot for a week. Bicycle arrived in perfect condition and assembly was straightforward. I was positively surprised how well gears were indexed - something no bicycle shop in the UK managed to do with bikes I bought from them! I never owned a road bike so I wasn't exactly sure what frame size I should get. Sizing guide on Canyon website suggested size S which was smaller than other bikes I own (a hybrid and a mountain bike). I ordered suggested size and I'm glad to say the size seem perfect.Overall very positive experience. I contacted customer service twice (one about price reduction and second time about UPS issues) and both times answers arrived the next day. Most importantly the bicycle seems to be well made and I hope it will serve me well for a long time.Overall very positive experience, thanks!
