No amended from 1 star to 4

Begged my husband to have faith and order from you. We ordered just under £1000 worth of kitchen chairs on 31 July. It's now 13 August we have just been told you cannot locate our order. You've taken our money and we have an order number. All your rep has said is that they cant locate the order in the warehouse and how do we want to proceed?! All looks fab on your site shame it's just an illusion. Would definitely not recommend.Since the above I've amended my star rating. Ben from customer care contacted me and totally resolved the situation I now have 11 fantastic chairs. He restored my faith and I would recommend and order in the future. Ben is a major asset to cult furniture.

Thank you to Ayshea who assisted with sizes of the chair. Ordered on Monday received Wednesday. Purchased in the sale a great buy. Some of the comments were negative, I can only comment on my experience, thank you. A lovely Scandinavian dining chair.

I can highly recommend ordering from CultFurniture if you‘re looking for good and reasonable-priced modern furniture. The delivery was even quicker than expected. Also, at least what I can say about the product I ordered, it really looks like it is shown on the website. I have absolutely nothing to complain about CultFurniture. Eventually I have a sofa which I am really pleased with. I did have to be patient as initially an incorrect piece was delivered.I would give massive credit to the staff who had to handle a warehouse confusion. Josh particularly was very efficient and so friendly. This helped me loads as I got honest answers to the blip we had. I would add that all of the staff dealt with the matter so well. I felt that I did not receive untruthful information by them fobbing me off by telling me what I wanted to hear.Potentially this issue could have put me off using Cult in the future. On the contrary I want to support this new business. Everyone has initial teething problems. The sofa is good too. I may sound as if I have an interest here! This is a genuine review. I have no connection to this company. I would give them more stars, but let's face it the problem did happen.Their delivery company too was very informative and reliable.

Delighted with my purchase

I had been looking for some Nick and Nora glasses for a while but only ever found them in lots of 12 or more, so I was delighted to find this company sell single glasses. I had never heard of the company and so felt a bit uneasy ordering from them but I bought 4 and they arrived very quickly and were extremely well packaged. I am delighted with them. My second order with this fabulous company. I cannot recommend enough. The customer service advisors were so helpful especially Ayshea. When I found out the bar stools I was after we’re out of stock she found me the perfect alternatives and took the time to speak to me over the phone. They have come and they are great for my kitchen. Ordered a wood coffee table

Ordered a wood coffee table, it is stunning. Arrived well packaged and promptly. Due to space miscalculation it was too big for my place so I had to do a return. The customer service (thank you Sam) was excellent and courteous. An arranged pick up was efficient and my refund well managed. We were a little apprehensive when…

We were a little apprehensive when ordering from Cult, as we had never used them before. This was made worse when one of the chairs we ordered was damaged on delivery. However, from that moment onwards the Cult team were fantastic. They dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently, keeping us updated. Replacements arrived and have been great. Very pleased

Have ordered 3 bar stools and what a…

Have ordered 3 bar stools and what a painful experience. The first one arrived faulty and just trying to replace that one and order another was the first of many issues. Should have realised at that point not to bother! Once the swap and the other stool arrived the new one had the same fault. So have been trying to get that one replaced for weeks. I’ve been promised so many times that I would receive an email and be called back I’ve completely lost the will to live and if I could face the hassle of sending all the stools back I would but this whole process has been so wearing I just can’t be bothered. I’ve called about 30 times to get this sorted and although the staff on the end of the phone seem very helpful they are completely useless! I’m currently on the phone to them now and I can’t even get someone to take responsibility. I’ve tried speaking to a manager but they are just as useless as everyone else. Avoid avoid avoid.Update: Updated. Since leaving this review Ben has been in contact and has taken accountability of the situation. He has sorted the swap and been in constant contact since. He listened and said he would take the feedback to the team to identify if any improvements could be made. I’ve appreciated my issue being dealt with so quickly. Ben is the superstar in all of this. It is a shame that it took writing a review to get someone to take notice, but Ben you are an asset to the company as others have said. Thank you for your time and attention in sorting it. The stools are very lovely and just what I wanted now they aren’t wonky!
