Hidden Content, Instant Card Details.
You see Skillshare adverts connected to a lot of YouTubers. What they neglect to tell you is there's no option of checking out what's on Skillshare without inputting Credit Card or PayPal details. You have to immediately signup and then if you don't cancel it, you get charged $180 for the year This is a fine policy, we're adults and should read these things without clicking agree, however, I do believe you should be able to see what is actually offered on SkillShare, the content could be locked to premium members if necessary. Maybe they should put drop-down menus of what content, skills, lessons are available.

I've signed up for a free trial on Skillshare.The videos vary in quality. Some are really good, but others are no better than what you find on Youtube.That is not my main issue though. I get logged out constantly. I'm logged in with my Google account. I've logged in maybe 25 times today.I click on My classes.'Sign in'I sign in, it goes to the front page.I click on My classes.It is not loading properly so I refresh.'Sign in'I sign in.I click on my classes.I click on a video.It plays to the end and won't play the next one.'Sign in for more (or whatever it says)'I sign in again.It keeps happening but I have searched online about it with no results.Now it says:You are being rate limitedThe owner of this website (www. skillshare. com) has banned you temporarily from accessing this website.

There are some really good courses…
There are some really good courses available, some not so useful - or, maybe, a little lacking in depth. All in all, it's a great resource of learning material and fun to use. There is an excellent range of courses covering many different subjects.

Good and bad, I suppose.
Where to start... I think skillshare does have some good classes if you search for them (I've found and watched some nice ones on digital art and illustrations), but... I'm sad to remark that in my opinion, it's not worth the £84 a year. In my 2 months free membership I think I've accessed the website MAYBE 3 or 4 times. It's not for lack of good things to watch, just lack of time to do so. The free membership automatically turned into a paid one without any email reminding me so, which wasn't fun. After reading other reviews I was scared of losing the money, but I've emailed customer service and they refunded me in 2 days. I guess if in the future I find myself with enough time and money to spend, I'll ~maybe~ sign up for their service again. But I don't think so.t.l/d.r I gave them 3 stars for the customer service, which wasn't the horror show I was expecting. The content on the website is fine, but, for the £84 a year I'm expecting excellence. It wasn't.

Great customer service.
It was a good service however I forgot I had a premium subscription running. Two days after my annual subscription renewed I decided to cancel my subscription and request a refund. I was very happy to receive an email shortly after to confirm my cancellation and refund. I am very happy with the prompt polite way customer services dealt with the issue. If a time comes where I have use for the service in the future I won't hesitate to reinstate my premium subscription.

What you're looking for and more!
I dont use it often but I always find what I am looking for and I must say compared to other teaching websites its not trying to sell you extra stuff ontop, like other educational sites.So I will just keep my subscitpion, keep learning whenever I want, for an affordable price. The content keeps changing and growing and I can discover skills, I didnt know I want to learn!
