Unique, well made products and great customer service
One of my favorite places to shop or just to browse because of the unique designs and the number of choices. I've always been happy with the quality of their products (in particular the tote bags and travel mugs that I've bought for myself and as gifts) and only recently had my first experience trying to return a tapestry I was not entirely thrilled about. I was dreading it coming in but the customer service was impeccable. Mark (JM) was prompt, clear, polite and resolved my issue instantly. Highly recommended.

Skeptical at first, very pleased now
I was skeptical when purchasing some poster prints for my new apartment. Check out was seamless, and while it took 5-10 business days for my order to get to my apartment, their customer service was incredibly helpful and one of the easiest customer service groups I've ever worked with. I accidentally got my new address mixed up when placing the order and even though it was past the one hour modification policy customer service quickly responded to my message and changed the address with no problems at all. I will most definitely be ordering from this site again!

Positive & Pleasant Transaction but...........
I was initially reluctant to engage in a purchase transaction with Society6 due to numerous negative and disconcerting consumer reviews regarding this company. However, I contacted an artist affiliated with Society6 to obtain feedback regarding the potential risk of doing business with this company. The artist indicated that she has only had positive and pleasant experiences with Society6 both as a seller and buyer. Additionally, she claimed the company was professional, ethical, and committed to ensuring quality customer service. That being said, I proceeded to submit my order which was delivered timely and in undamaged condition. However, Society6's failure to provide consumers with a phone number to allow for direct communication with their company falls significantly short of providing quality customer service. Thus, the only method of communication with Society6 is through a "contact us via email" option, hence, the reduced star rating. Although my experience with Society6 was positive and pleasant, there definitely appears to be a pattern of substandard customer service and other consumer issues of concern per ongoing dissatisfied customer reviews. Additionally (and if necessary), consumers can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission if they are victim to a problematic transaction with a merchant and also request a full refund via their credit card company as well.

Surprised by the negative reviews
I’m really surprised by the negative reviews, I’ve placed multiple orders through a society6 and I often get complemented on the unique things I’ve boughten. My most recent, is a shower curtain and the print on it is just gorgeous. I definetly plan on ordering more curtains, and maybe even a wall mural in the future!

I ordered a mug form Society6 and it arrived on time. The quality was excellent and looked exactly how it looked on their website. Don't know what these people are talking about. And issues with the art not looking correct, best check what you are ordering. If the design looks bad on their Website, then it's going to look bad when you get it. They don't design, they just print.

Went Over and Above TWICE On the Same Order
I ordered two nice prints to come in the mail from Society6. I live in Canada, in an area with a lousy, unreliable postal service. So naturally, when I placed my order, it got lost in the mail. After communication this to Society6, they immediately sent out a new shipment of the same prints in the same week. They also paid the duties and customs fees since it was my first order! Will continue buying my art from them!!
