I love this site
I love this site, I go to it everyday. They have some of everything. I find things I did not know I needed until I used them. The only problem is it takes a long time to recieve the things after you order them, but most things are worth the extra time.

Skip cheap fashion
Zulily has its pros and cons. They have good discounts on brand name items. However their cheap, boutique-type items are very poor quality. Skip buying their wholesale fashion. Their cheaper, no-name home goods aren't bad. I've had better luck in that department. Unless noted as a quick-shipping item, shipping takes a long time!

Very happy frequent shopper
I have bought a lot from Zulily over the years, both before and after they were acquired by QVC. They have a lot of well known, respected brands as well as some newer brands worthy of trying. Be sure to check shipping time as it can vary from under a week to a month or so depending on the brand and item. As long as you know expectations up front there are no surprises. I’ve started shopping zulily as often as Amazon lately.

Customer Service is first class, and then some
I've been pleased with overall quality, fit, and availability. The one time I had a problem, I called Zulily. I didn't even have to pack up the queen-size comforter and return it. They credited the price and a $10 "store credit" back to my card. They have quite a variety of merchandise, which allows one to acquire what one needs from a single source. I've already recommended Zulily to 2 of my friends.

I took a chance and ordered D&G perfume from zulily. I was a little skeptical due to the low price of the perfume, but the perfume was genuine and 100% real. The packaging was in tact and wrapped in original cellophane. Not a knock off. I ordered it and it came 3 days later. I was very happy with the quality of the product and quick manner in which it came. I would definitely order from them again!

I’ve been using Zulily for a few years now. I’ve made probably over 100 orders and will continue to use Zulily as I’ve been very happy. Reading some of the negative reviews, it seems many people are unaware of what Zulily is and how it functions. Let me break it down. Zulily is a group buying site. Meaning they host buys for other companies, at a discount rate, and when the buy ends, the company fulfills the order and ships it to Zulily who then ships it to you. They make it pretty clear to me that it can take up to a month to receive products. This has never been a mystery or caught my off guard so I’m not sure why so many complain about it. They don’t have the merchandise in a warehouse ready to send, that’s not how this works. But for what I can save on some items, it’s worth it if you can be patient. Also, sometimes the seller of the buy doesn’t fall through or runs out of inventory and your items will then be canceled. But what I love about Zulily is they are fast when it comes to dealing with issues. Out of hundreds of orders I’ve had maybe half a dozen items that were incorrect or had problems. Whenever I contacted Zulily about it I was immediately refunded and given a credit to use on my next purchase. So if you can be patient, they’re great. If you need something in two days, go elsewhere.

I see a lot of bad reviews, but I have been very happy 4 times now
I know there is a ton of companies on this site but I have order 3 times now. I have ordered heel boots twice, 1 pair of leggings and now a shirt and all have come great quality and perfect sizing. the brand: Coolmelon for my clothing was great, size medium was exactly as I buy mediums anywhere. the fabric is so soft and good quality. the boots I purchased I cannot remember the brand but quality was fantastic. 1 Fit a little smaller than normal but still fit. I am extremely happy with the product I purchased.

I have gotten some great deals and interesting items on this site. It's a good source to find new brands. Before buying I always research other sites to compare. I have never had any problems with customer service. All this being said you have to understand that shipping is super slow and returns aren't an option. So do you want a good deal or do you want to go pay more for fast shipment and the ability of hassle free returns?

This is one of those companies where…
This is one of those companies where you have to know what you're buying before you buy. I've been with them for over 5 years and use them almost exclusively for my Xmas and birthday gifts and most of my clothes. They change their vendors every 2-3 days and their vendors include bot, h large brand names and also merchandise from boutiques and even some "mom and pop" shops. The deals you can get are amazing, Clark shoes for $30 designer handbags for 1/3 their retail etc BUT you will often have to wait several weeks for them to arrive. Be careful with their daily clothing specials which are often made in Asia and are of poor quality. On the other hand most everything else is great and worth waiting for.

Zulily is fantastic. The best customer service ever. I have been buying from them for a couple of years. Have only sent back one item, a pair of boots I bought someone as a gift, they were too small for her.I see people complaining about shoes, it ridiculous. I wear a size 8 or 8.5 in shoes. Buying shoes without trying them on and clothing is a risk you take when ordering online. Every manufacturer has different patterns for clothes and shoes. They go by what the designer wants. There is no universal size for each garment made. I did buy a fine.china item that came broken. I called Zulily they didn't want the broken sent back. They gladly reimbursed me my money to my credit card and as a perk gave me free shipping on whatever item (s) I wanted to order the next time with no time limits. I have to say to all you complainers out there Zulily has always been very generous to me as a customer.

Zulily is the best and most trustful shopping online, well I am addicted to Zully For many years I do shopping with Zully. They offer a fantastic price and excellent product. I buy a lot of lingerie and I love especially European bras a little expensive but really beautiful for example Wiesman or Kris line I do not always pay big price coz Zulily have special and two payments which are fantastic. I love the linen dresses and tunics from Italy or France they are very u, I unique I can say what I love if I do that, that will be a book.... but I have to tell about shoe OMG they are fabulous and price? well, I can open a store with a shoe, I can't refuse to buy this beautiful designers shoe. Anyway now about staff from customer service The girls are fantastic very friendly it is a pleaser to dealing with them. If I call and want to be a little bitchy, that doesn't work ladies the staff is so good that when I tell my problem or compline its no problem for Zulily when I finish my session I am ready to kiss everybody from customers service. I read the comments and wonder who are these people dealing with on Zulily? Ive had Nothing but Great customer service when ever Ive had a problem. For instance I ordered a Carpet a few weeks ago, unfortunately the company (that was the vender) sent me the wrong item. One phone call With Zulily and two e mails latter problem solved. Vender Company has sent the replacement. I find if you have a problem with an item call them they want your feedback...and of corse be Nice, thats it they will do what ever they need to do to make you happy.
