Just ordered a lot of prints and 2 acrylic frames. Prints were really good, and eventually arrived bit by bit rather than all together. Not a problem.However, the 2 acrylic frames were a big disappointment. They were of 2 of the photos I had printed, so I was expecting them to look the same. The acrylic frame photos were nothing like the prints - looked really washed out. I complained about them and was told they would send them to production to sort out. They came back to me promptly, which was good, and told me it was poor quality photos, which didn't make sense as the prints were good and I know they were good photos. I got in touch again and the reply was that the acrylic frames always look different - doesn't say that on the website that I could see and why would they look different? If they did, nobody would order them. Snapfish have now refunded the cost of the frames, rather than try doing them again, but it was very disappointing.

Happy with the site and support

To be honest, I have not received any photos yet having just completed my first 100 photo deal and a free 5x7 gift for downloading the app. I am leaving a review, not on the photo quality obviously not having received them yet but the site was a dream to use. I read these reviews and found nothing lacking in the app itself. I could crop my photos anyway I wanted, edit, change them, click and drag all of the filters. Easy peasy. I was charged for my free photo book so I contacted their support and it was handled in 2 minutes with a refund, excluding shipping. I requested a call back and they called back within a minute. The followup email I received was a bit confusing so I went on the live chat because I was worried that it had been cancelled all together but they made sure that I would be receiving my order and that it was showing already in progress. I cannot comment on the quality as of yet but happy with the system and support.-Lisa in Savannah

Great app for inexpensive prints.

I don't get all the bad reviews. Haven't had to deal with customer service, but I got my first order of pictures and my family and I are very happy with the results. I used the 99 prints for 99cents coupon first. I ordered my photos about a week ago and just got them in the mail today. Even with paying the extra dollar just so I could track the order, it's still a significant amount cheaper than shutterfly is just for "free" prints. (Like $8 cheaper) I just have to split my orders up or urilize deals which is ok. I also really like that I can access my photos through the app without uploading them first and crop them how I prefer. What took me over 6 hours to do on shutterfly only took me about 30 minutes to do on the snapfish app. The pictures do not look dark or blurry like many reviews said. I was very worried about my photos after reading reviews but I am very happy with the results and will continue to order my prints through shutterfly. Can't beat the deals on various items and 100 free photos a month. My only complaint is that I wish the sleeves holding the pictures came in a more solid outer box or even a bubble mailer rather than a paper one, just something more environment proof than a paper sleeve. Not as nostalgic as a polaroid but I'm so happy to have these pictures of my son and my family to pull out and look through just like my parents have of me as a kid. Thank you snapfish!

Love snapfish!!

Love snapfish!!I’ve been using the monthly free prints on snapfish and it’s been great!! You only pay the shipping cost which is really reasonable for what you get and the delivery is always fast. I love how easy the app is to use and there are lots of other features like printing canvases and gifts for your family and friends. They have made it so easy to keep my precious memories so I can treasure them forever.

I can't understand all the bad reviews.i recently ordered a poster. I found the quality to be great . But there was a small issue with it. So I got in touch with customer service and all was sorted within a day. So I give Snapfish 5 stars .izzy.

AMAZING!!!

I usually purchase my photo books through shutterfly, but recently decided to try snapfish and I couldn't be happier! The images are so clear and the pages are so thick! The quality of the book is amazing and I could not be happier with the results!

Love Snapfish Photobooks

I recently had a frustrating experience with Customer Service and someone who had no idea what I was talking about (It was about receiving an order, not the quality of the product), but I called back and got someone who sorted out the problem promptly and efficiently. So don't give up when someone isn't helpful! I have made over 20 photo books, and love the outstanding quality, frequent sales, and the ease and many options when designing them. There may be some bumps now that Snapfish & Shutterfly are one. I hope they sort out the Customer Service issues, because I have had 10 trouble free years with them and look forward to many more.

Premium Layflat Hardcover Book

I don't typically write reviews, but I ordered a photobook from Snapfish and was very impressed with the quality. I had a 70% off coupon and was very skeptical after reading prior reviews, but I'm more than happy with the result.They offer full-bleed page options. The book I ordered was beautiful.

The first 100 page Photo Album I made

The first 100 page Photo Album I made, the pictures had a much higher quality the I expected. It was a beautiful book, especially the photos. The software has a glitch where when you add Text, the text does not always spell the word as you typed them. Problems: when I ordered a copy of the same book in Matte, the front cover picture was blurred while it was perfect on the first order. When I ordered 2 Mugs, though the pictures where perfect and nice, it was printed at an angle of 1/4 inch. I would never order another mug, the printing angle is not accetable. The 5 photo tile pictures came out lifeless, while the original high density electronic picture were in perfect light. When reordering Photo Book Copies, you must go through Edit Mode, for some reason the book changes in edit mode which you need to compare to the received book to correct. FINAL: I really was happy with the picture quality of the lay flat books I ordered.

Easy to Make and Wonderful Customer Service

I love Snapfish. I've been using them for years. I make a book at the end of the year capturing the highlights (or books depending how busy our year is). I love reviewing all the fun times my husband and I have. The books are so easy to make and customize (much easier than Shutterfly). I love all the options they have. Once, a photobook was damaged in shipping and they replaced it no charge and within two weeks. Just branched out this year to their new wall tiles (on sale for $2). I am in LOVE. They are beautiful and I like them more than regular frames. I definitely will be ordering them again.

Best photo book I've ever seen! I love Snapfish.

I see so many poor reviews on here and I am completely stunned, as my experience with snapfish has always been exceptional! I order prints quite often, and this time I took it to the next level with the first photo book I've ever created. As a newbie to photo book design, it did take me quite some time but the templates were great and easy to understand. All of the additional options to add graphics and text were fantastic and I created the most amazing photo book as a result! The quality was excellent and it was one of the best gifts I have ever given - I can't say enough great things about snapfish - thank you!

This Christmas we bought 6 photo…

This Christmas we bought 6 photo blankets, a wedding album, an 11x14 canvas print and 3 small photos from Snapfish. One blanket had a big "blemish" across a face. Snapfish redid the blanket at no charge and sent it in super time. Then, the post office lost one of our blankets, on VERY short notice, they AGAIN made another blanket and mailed it directly to our mother, at no charge to us!!!! Where do you find kindness and customer service like this in this day and age? The quality of the work was good but the kindness goes beyond words.

I just had the most amazing experience…

I just had the most amazing experience with snapfish. I had ordered a photo of my husband's mom and her children from Snapfish. Not only did they deliver it in 1 hour. It was cheaper then any other outlet could furnish it. It was much better Walmart's Photo Center that lost my order twice in 15 days.
