Great products although shipping is very slow. Understandable with the current state but still other services offer much faster shipping. I order from them every week so still waiting on 5 orders at the moment but honestly the products are worth it

Dang

These reviews need to CHILL. Cut them some slack. They may have delayed shipping and their customer service associates are probably overwhelmed. Im sure they're short staffed as well. Have a bit of patience. The world is crazy right now. I promise you will get your package(s). I ordered a total of 3 items on April 18. I got a confirmation email that warned me that order processing TAKES UP TO 20 DAYS, meaning within 20 days I'd receive shipping info or at least an update on my package. On April 27, I received an email stating that 1 out of 3 items were shipped. The package arrived May 2. Finally, on May 3, I got another email stating the rest of the items were on the way. Estimated delivery is May 8. That is exactly within 20 days of when I placed my order. The world is different now. Employees everywhere are being over worked while having to take precautions at the same time. Be mindful of that. Stop acting like you are entitled to 5-7 business day packages. Morphe is a great, GENUINE company and you should be grateful their website/warehouses are even still open.

Arch obsessions

I ordered the arch obsessions brow kit and it’s perfect. I love how you have everything you need in one box and the brow gel is the best I’ve ever used. I purchased Latte and it was the right shade which I thought maybe would be too light but it wasn’t and I have dark brown hair. It took 2 weeks to be despatched and then another 3 days to arrive but we are in a pandemic and I am grateful they are still working. I was a little unsure whether it would even arrive and admittedly was frustrated but eventually it came and I am over the moon with the quality and will repurchase when I need to. They did keep me up to date, anyone in the same situation keep an eye on your emails and search for Morphe incase it has ended up in a separate folder like mine did. Thanks and stay safe

Everyone needs to calm down not scammers!

Everyone needs to calm down. Yes their service is very slow, yes they're not picking up calls and emails are slow. Its all because they have high number of orders going out due to the crazy online sales going on online. Imagine over thousands of sales, to thousands of homes. Theyre doing their best! Iv patiently waited just over 3 weeks after each order because i know they're delivering them out but it will take time! coronavirus is here and everyones bored ordering away at home! They just have alot of orders to deal with so please breath and relax! they're NOT a scam!!!

They Are working their hardest

So, I have alot of bad reviews about this whole situation, from friends, family and just online. Yes i understand the frustration everyone is going through, but in all honesty as much as i am worried. the customer service i received via phone call Waiting half a hour ( i am patient) was really reassuring, the lady i spoke to was super nice and reasured my panic state. Obviously they have precautions and alot in place during this difficult time. However they are a really great brand. and as a small time makeup artist i am always speaking highly of them. I am in no means trying to lick their asses as some would say. Just trying to help others as that is me.She informed me with the warehouse they do orders in random, which means friends and others around u might get emails before you. And not to mention you have to consider the stock they have. But they are trying to keep everyone satisfied you will get your products just stay positive and patient. They are short staffed and working during a really hard time if anything we should praise them for still working!I would rather just say my peace and hope this helps others, if you want to ask something don't be afraid i phoned them up for everyone's sake! not just mine.They are working during this difficult time just like me! YOU GOT TO GIVE THEM THAT!!! 5 STARS just for their effort and trying their hardest to keep all customers satisfied!

I LOVE Morphe!!

I LOVE Morphe!!! Their products are such good quality and they have such amazing prices! I love their eyeshadows and how pigmented they are. Their prices are amazing for the quality. I bought a 9 color Morphe palette at Sephora for only $16 CA compared to the HUDA BEAUTY Nude Light 9 Color Palette for $38 CA and they both are equal in quality. Some of their stores have more then on their website and they even sell some hard to get items from other brands like Jeffree Star. Their in store customer service was the bomb and they were all so nice, sweet and helpful towards me and my friends who were in the store. I haven't tried ordering online with them but I know their in-store customer service is amazing! I absolutely LOVE Morphe and they are probably one of my #1 favorite Makeup brands. I DEFINITELY recommend them!

I absolutely love Morphe... their brushes are such high quality. I use them daily. I've also purchased them as gifts for family members. Their eye shadows are beyond amazing. I use them often and just love them! I highly recommend Morphe's products. I've had nothing but positive experiences with online ordering as well.

My first order from them and everything…

My first order from them and everything went well and my pallettes looked beautiful, but one of my bronzer duos came broken. I emailed them with a picture and told them what happened and they immediately sent me out a replacement that came in the standard mail. Shipping took a little while but it was fairly quick. Strange thing is, after talking to a rep I was sent out another bronzer in a different colour on top of my replacement. Can't complain about that, but just saying my experience was nothing like all these other reviews.

Poor service, don’t expect to receive parcel in time

Paid for 1-2 day delivery on the 17th December, Hermes didn’t receive my parcel until the 21st. And then I was told I would receive my parcel yesterday and I waited in all day not to receive my parcel, however I have received my parcel today and it has everything I ordered. Customer service are not very helpful as they state they will reply within 48 hours but had no reply at all. Although my delivery did not take as long as others I still paid for express delivery and did not receive it-wasn’t bad but could’ve been better, probably won’t order from here again.

Terrible service!

Ordered a palette over a week ago. No information on delivery. Tried calling, emailing, social media and get through to no one. Was supposed to be a Christmas present but now will have a very disappointed niece and can’t find how to get a refund.Edit: something must have spurred this company to action. Palette arrived and niece extremely happy with it! Just a shame they didn’t get on it quicker!

I've ordered two products from morphe…

I've ordered two products from morphe website to the UK and it took about 2 weeks to receive a confirmation that my order was being processed. Yesterday they sent me an email - after my 3 attempts to talk to them - saying that my order was already with Hermes. Right now I'm following the parcel using the tracking code number they gave me hoping that I'll receive all the products, in time. Because the reviews I read here scared me a lot!

I received my items in 4 working days. At first i was a bit worried to order from their site because of the negative reviews, but they had great customer service and everything came promptly. I’m unsure why there are so many negative reviews. I do understand that their shipping takes longer than some but it is clearly stated on their site (3-5 days). Overall, very happy.

Amazing CS for a repeating customer!

I order from Morphe ALL the time. I’m a big fan. Morphe has a lipstick Nick’s faves box, it comes with the Morphe 3503 palette, 4 brushes, JSC Christmas cookie VLL, Morphe liquid eyeliner, 2 pencils(white and brown/nude-eyesafe or lips), and a P.loius eyeshadow primer. My palette sadly came in broken(1 shade-Savage) and I emailed Morphe. I sent them pictures and did what they asked and they shipped me a new palette no charge. Morphe is amazing and I’ll always buy more from them(I have a lot, and this was my first issue)

Problems with shipping

I like their products but I always have problems and delays with my orders. ALWAYS. I think that they are not the one to blame but HERMÈS(the delivering company). I cannot contact Hermès about my order. It’s been more than 2 weeks and I still have nothing. Looks like I’ve got to wait more than month for shipping from UK to Bulgaria. But the customer service of morphe is really polite and fast.
