HANDBAG MK JET SET TOTE=MY LOVE

I ordered the MK handbag on January 31, 2022 and on February 2, 2022, the UPS was delivered to the door. I did not expect that!!! I could track the shipment from the seller to the Czech Republic. Handbag Jet set tote medium, that's a big love. Color light pink, gold fittings. The handbag was beautifully packed by the manufacturer, I am very excited !!!! Thank you very much and I gladly recommend !!!!

Placed my order on 6th January and…

Placed my order on 6th January and still not received the item, have emailed twice and have had no reply just two generic emails saying there would be a short delay owing to Brexit, but nothing more for over 9 days now, have tried the tracking number and it has said it has been in customs since 7th January. Really upset as it’s for a special Birthday and don’t even know if it’s going to get here in time, Can’t believe their awful customer service. Does anyone have a phone number to actually speak to somebody xUPDATED*****Would like to update my Experience with my Michael kors order, after several conflicting emails saying the order was lost and a refund had been issued which I received straight away, which was great then received an email apologising and saying if the order did get delivered the item would be mine to keep free of charge to which I thought “no chance” But guess what arrived!!! 5 weeks late but mine to keep x So Thank you Michael Kors all is forgiven x*****

I placed an order for a bag on 16th…

I placed an order for a bag on 16th January 21. I then saw all the negative reviews about the company. I was really worried my item wouldn't arrive. But it turned up today via DPD exactly 12 days from placing my order. From my experience Michael Kors customer service has been excellent. They replied promptly to any email I sent regarding an update on my order. I would definitely order from their website again. My bag came well packaged and I am so pleased with the quality.

I was a little nervous to place an order, but I desperately wanted a cross body bag to wear in springSo on 14th January 21 I placed my order I immediately received my order number The next day I received another email to say my order may be delayed due to dpd system failure 2 days later I received an email to say my bag had been received On 21st January 21 I received my parcel The Communication from Michael Kors has been amazing & in total it took 8 days to receive my purchase Very happy customer 10/10

Brilliant customer service from Amy. Through very severe delays she has sent emails to apologise and keep up to date. This is the only delayed experience I have received with Michael kors and I can understand the problems. Just wanted to shout out to this lovely lady for what she has done for me

Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience. Used virtual shopping to buy a bag from a local MK store that was £72 cheaper than it was from House of Fraser.I also received a nicer, more personalised service from MK too. Delivery was quick and the bag was presented well. Would highly recommend!

Things are getting better.

I have experienced issues with both new orders and returns. However I wanted to provide an update on these issues. DPD did deliver my orders yesterday after a 2 week wait. Orders were correctly packaged.I have also received a generic email earlier this week to suggest returns are slowly making their way to Michael kors overseas, and returns will be processed by next week. I do believe the issues are being resoled albeit slowly. So for any of those experiencing similar problems please don’t loose hope. I just think it has been a chaotic situation, but like most things they can only get better.

I did write a review a week ago saying im still stressed BUT DPD emailed me yesterday saying my bag would be delivered today and I have to say I received it in the morning and the bag was extremely neatly packaged n so in love with the bag so I have to say people I know its been stressful for us all waiting and losing hope but we are all slowly getting our parcels now

Package arrived today from a 2 Jan order. Read my previous posts ref the DPD fiasco. Goods are really really nice and my wife is over the moon. Just too bad they arrived 8 days after her birthday. The 3 star rating is because of the delivery fiasco only. But since MK use DPD then they have to accept the responsibility. If the goods had arrived on the 8 Jan as advertised when I paid for them then it would have been 5 stars for certain.

Was Very Pleased With My Purchase

I purchased a bag that my wife showed me on the website for her birthday in February without telling her so it will be a pleasant surprise.Before ordering I looked at Trustpilot and read so many bad reviews and considered not buying initially but I understand that most people complain when things go wrong which is understandable and many rarely compliment so quickly so I went for it expecting that I might be disappointed.I am however pleased to report that I was notified when the bag was sent and provided the tracking number. I was informed when there was a hold up regarding Customs, no doubt brought on by Brexit and then today received a text regarding delivery between 12.47hrs - 13.47hrs and it arrived at 12.45hrs so was very pleased.I have opened and everything looks good and as advertised but I left it in its packaging so I am sure the wife will let me know if there is any issue on her Birthday in 3 weeks time.I may be one of the few but am extremely happy with the purchase, price and delivery. I am glad I was not be put off by the many dissatisfied comments that I read which I nearly was so thank you Michael Kors for a great service.

For everyone who is saying the address…

For everyone who is saying the address number is wrong and cannot be changed. My address like others had an additional '1' added which couldn't be changed by Customer Sercives. However, as soon as DPD send you your final delivery email you can change the delivery address on the DPD app.

Ordered a bag for my daughter’s birthday on Tuesday 12th of January and it arrived today January 15th. Excellent service from MK, received confirmation of order via e-mail, then another to say it was shipped and a third to say it would be delivered today and here it is.
