Good/Bad

Hi, So I brought something of FashionNova and it fit great!! But it had defects such as loose stitching but I don't think that will be a problem in the future but only time can tell, so I just cut the stitches of and it looks okay.

Beautiful clothes-shocking customer service!

The parcel was held in UK customs and i had to pay £30 to release it to ireland. I wasnt aware i would need to pay anything but i paid anyway and got my items. Extremely satisfied with all my clothes and jewellery. Customer service-shocking. I was sent an email about my 2nd order being delayed and was told i can cancel it and get a refund or get an e-card. I picked a refund but couldnt proceed as kept saying "error". I took screenshots and sent them by email and no one replied to me for days! The only email i got was "the order is on its way". I sent them an email demanding my refund as it was given to me as a choice and got emails that were ridiculous and didnt highlight the issue i had at all! Kept telling me to refuse the parcel and they are giving me 25% off from my next purchase. They think that shoveling 25% off down people throats will make it somehow "ok" . So i never got my refund and returns from ireland cost too much so ill gift those to friends. Very disappointing.

Jeans are good, tops are cheaply made

Most items are see through and tops run small. BUT I LOVE THE BOOTCUT JEANS!! They're so comfortable and well made, but the brand of jeans that they sell is YMI jeans, NOT Fashion Nova. I've found lots of YMI jeans at department stores like Ross.

I have been a fashion nova customer since 2016 and I’ve never had a issue. My orders always come within a week. There was one time in 2018 where it was over a month but I just asked for a refund and they gave me the refund for the whole amount.

Perfectly average. I’ve ordered quite a few times from the site and never experienced the same problems so many people on here seem to have (thank every deity) but the quality is so hit and miss:Ordered an amazing two piece blue taffeta dress in the sale a year or so ago and it’s ridiculously glorious. Not lined but the best £20 I ever spent. Same with a super cute cropped Baby girl t-shirt, just lovely and soft and it’s worn and washed so well! Not so much with leggings I’ve bought from there and a “Fémeniste” t-shirt (Also NOT how you spell that word in French, or any language, I didn’t read it properly before buying!) Shonky quality, not true to size.Delivery costs and times have always been reasonable, if not particularly quick.

THE shipping is reliable and fast idk why everybody has problems with fashion nova and that's why I was a bit sketch to order from there but after one-two orders later I can say they are reliable and on time, idk why others got issues with there orders but I never had not one issue, there clothes have amazing stretch so even if I could go for a medium-large I could size down to a small/XS its crazy but great im 5ft and about 137 lbs for reference

Fashion Nova is a site that I’d recommend for all of us balling on a budget girls. They’re not the best as far as customer service. I wouldn’t even deem they as reliable after hearing several stories of friends never receiving packages and not being refunded for them.

Fashion Nova Rocks 90% of the Time

I have spent quite a bit of money on Fashion Nova over the course of 6 months and found them to be excellent. The clothes are as they appear and relatively in expensive. I live in Thunder Bay and my choice for clothing is not to good, so I choose to order online from Fashion Nova. I also explained that I live in Canada and I wouldn't be ordering too much as the Canadian dollar is extremely low and the chances of me paying duty is pretty high. I usually pick-up my orders when I travel to the states on the Minnesota side and this becomes part of my allowable amount. For the most part you will always have people who are satisfied with a company and those who are not. People will have to decide on where they want to purchase items. But I really give Fashion Nova two thumbs up.I do have to say though I have read some of the reviews on Trustpilot about Fashion Nova and I think that some people who put in a bad review are not correct or a little misguided. Almost every company that takes returns will charge a restocking fee (I know this because when I return stuff from my place of employment the company normally has to pay a restocking fee). People should know that once you return items that the shipping would be probably more the the items are worth in most cases. This is not Fashion Nova's fault.Also seen a review about the face masks costing $41.00 US / $60.00 CDN. Since Fashion Nova started to post masks on their website the highest price I have seen is $14.99 US with the lowest price being $4.99 or $5.99 US. I don't know where they got their information from, but it isn't correct.

Ok.. so I was very very doubtful about ordering online from this site as there were many negative reviews. I went through pages on trust pilot to read the reviews carefully to see if I can slightly, maybe order just a few garments without spending too much money.. since the return policy seemed sh’t th, according to the customers. So I went on and only ordered 2 items, a loungewear set and a legging, which were 2 very very popular items on the site. I ordered on a Friday and got an email On Saturday starting that my order was ready to be shipped. Of course I was excited, but at the same time a bit doubtful.. “what if it gets lost in the mail and fashion nova won’t return my money?” .. But all of these doubts were gone because I got my items today in the mail! Places the online order on Friday and got it exactly a week later, today, at around 1pm. Thank you and I like my items! I don’t know if I got lucky with this transaction because I ordered things that were new and popular in demand.. maybe others should try ordering those items too? To make sure they get shipped correctly! P.s. I live in Atlanta so the items came at exactly a week after!

I LOVE fashionnova and have been ordering for years but when I went online today I noticed they started selling face masks during this pandemic for an OUTRAGEOUS PRICE of $41 CAN which is more than $60 US. This is so unacceptable I'm actually considering never ordering from them again as this is a PURE scam.
