Customer Service was AMAZING!

I recently ordered a few things from e.l.f (things I've purchased in the past and love!!) And a couple of new things. Well my first box was never delivered and I think someone stole it because we recently had another issue where FedEx stole our phones(and wont get back to us!) Anyway my point is, e.l.f cosmetics offered to refund my things or to redeliver free of charge and you just can't get ANY better than that!!! So I just wanted to say thank you!

I Love e.l.f Cosmetics when ever I order I order two of what ever I purchased so that I and my Daughter Ky have the same of whatever I purchased the only issue I have is when you order a certain amount of products then e.l.f., give you an option to choose a products from a list to get for free from purchasing a certain amount of product and I never recieved what I chosen during checkout procedure.

Amazing

After reading the other reviews ( after I had already ordered ) I was feeling a bit regretful. I chose E.l.f due to the cruelty free policy and was really hoping this transaction would be smooth. Good products, crappy shipping

Most products are really good, but God does their shipping policy suck! I made an order on the 13th of November, was given the estimate that it would be delivered on Monday the 25th (12 days later), then it was pushed to a Tuesday, and now it's saying Friday the 29, a whole 16 days after I made the order, and I'm not even sure if it's gonna come by then because the date keeps getting pushed back. This isn't my first experience with their bad shipping, but last time it wasn't this bad either. I don't even live somewhere remote; I live in southern Canada, and, for context, I made another order on PerfumeDeals that exact same day as ELF, and it shipped on the 20th.Edit: now the delivery date has been pushed back again to Monday December 2nd.

concealer claggy, eye shadow no staying power, lipstick needed replacing (which they did free of charge) but contour was alright!

Lipstick, contour, concealer and eye shadow on a friends recommendation (my makeup bag got stolen!). The eye shadow while a nice colour has a lot of fall and if wearing it all day at the end of the day has clumped. The concealer is really thick which would be great for someone who is conscious of there skin, but going for a more natural look under your eyes the concealer cracks and makes you look cakey. To use it you would need to have night cream as a base.The contour is okay. It is the only product I am actually going to use until I finish it.The Lipstick duo set, great colours but when it arrived the stick was stuck to the lid. Once I got it off and into the original tube, it was completely unusable. I email the E.L.F customer support team about this and they have followed up and offered me a replacement.
