Of course 6pm sells authentic brands.
At first after reading multiple bad reviews about 6pm, I wasn’t too sure about purchasing from them, also some people claim that they sell fake stuff. So before purchasing FRYE shoes from 6pm, I contacted FRYE directly to ask them if they are connected with 6pm, to which they responded that yes, that 6pm is an authorized retailer to sell FRYE. When my Frye shoes from 6pm arrived I was very happy, of course they are real, and I payed around 60% less than at Nordstrom, the same shoes around the same time Nordstrom still had them for $240, and at 6pm they were $99. I’ll be purchasing from them very often. They also delivered within 5 days, as promised. Too sad many people seem to be confused and purchasing from other webs. that claim to sell 6pm, then those other webs sells them fake stuff and people write bad reviews about 6pm. You need to buy directly from 6pm to get real brands.

This is to fix my last rating
I was hung up on after my first call. I called back and I was on hold a very long time. I wrote a poor review. I finally got a supervisor on the phone and my problem was immediately resolved and I am now extremely happy with the customer service!! They messed up on an order but made up for it with completely after a couple phone calls. Very happy and now I will continue to order from 6pm like I have been for the past couple years. Haley gave me exceptional service.

Whoever Kelly is - apparently a customer service rep; I have this to say about returns policy, etc. They do make it very hard considering the technology available to at least create a label on the website and print of the rma code or other pertinent info needed to return an item. The label doesn't have to be prepaid; just a label to the return address and you can put in your own address. Also, I've been shopping on your website for many years and it used to be way, way better; the discounts were much deeper and the quality far superior.. Amazon must have bought it :-) Anyway, now it's not the same awesome place to shop as it was and no updated way to process a return. And, by the way, I'm sure you could still make loads of money having a return label the cost of which could be deducted from the refund.. maybe $8 or whatever cost they think would be reasonable. Please make at least that improvement. Thanks

For those worried if 6pm is a real retailer, they are owned by Zappos and Amazon. They are completely legitimate. They just added the feature today (8/3/17) that you can log into 6pm with your Amaon account. How convenient that is!6pm.com is the best kept secret for designer shoes at discounts as low as 70%. Owned by Zappos and Amazon, it appears to be the clearing house for both websites, which is why they have both high-end and low-end shoes discounted so low. I think that is why it is also not advertised-- why would they want to advertise what amounts to low profit margin?Every time I shop on 6pm, I find lovely shoes at deep discounts, whether they are Nine West or Kate Spade. 6pm makes me look good, like I have a lot to spend on a wardrobe when I'm just a teacher! Every order is eligible for free shipping if you either a) spend $50 or b) order two pairs of shoes. I have never had a problem with ordering or delivery, so I have never had to contact customer service. But again, since they are under the umbrella of Amazon, I'm sure their customer service is great. Additionally, my most recent purchase (this week) showed up to my door packaged in an Amazon Prime box, and 2 days early. I'm pumped! Try it for yourself and you will never buy shoes another way. SERIOUSLY.

I've just bought my 5th pair of shoes from 6pm.com and every single time shipping has been on time and the product has been brand new and no issues whatsoever. Just bought a pair of made in England 10 eye Oxblood Dr. Martens as a christmas present for my girlfriend for at least $80-$100 less than anyplace else is selling them for. I'm 100% convinced many of these negative reviews are from other companies who can't compete with the prices on 6pm.com , so they make phony negative reviews. Used shoes? No. No they are not.

Hello!3 of March i ordered 3 items, including sunglasses Steve Madden Rose, Color:Tortoise/Blue.In fact i’ve got today wrong colour - brown which is totally different from what i wanted. Since the other day i've been trying to reach the support team or live chat, but i see this message: We're sorry, but it appears as though you've reached us either outside of office hours or our team is otherwise unavailable. Please try again later, or email us and we'll respond as soon as possible.I wrote a letter to their email and nothing happened.So, what to do in this situation, bearing in mind that shop made a mistake, i live in Ukraine and don't have the possibility to return it for free?UPDATE: customer service team contacted me, the issue was resolved quickly and ive got full compensation :) THANK YOU!

I don’t know why there aren’t more positive reviews for 6 pm, because my experiences with them have been great. If I had to guess, perhaps it’s because most of the satisfied customers don’t bother taking the time to share their experiences with everyone else, and that’s why I wanted to make sure I left a glowing review after my third perfectly fulfilled order with this company. I ordered a breathtakingly beautiful Nanette Lepore dress — the Ruby Dress, which features gorgeous, delicate, intricately embroidered lace, a mid-calf hemline (on me, since I’m only 5’3”), and a very classy and elegant cut overall. The original retail price for this dress is $648, and I snagged my size 2 Ruby Dress from 6 pm for $227. I also ordered a pair of fully lined winter boots for 70% off the original retail price. The order arrived within a few days, my dress came first and then the boots showed up maybe two days later, I really appreciated how they sent my shipments separately so I didn’t have to wait for the dress while the order for the boots was still being filled. I wore my dress last week and turned heads everywhere I went. My experience with 6 pm has been great every time, I recommend their site to all of my friends and am so glad to have found out about them. If you’re new to 6 pm and on the fence because of the negative things posted here... don’t be. I will be a loyal customer for a long time to come.

I play a sport so I was looking for inexpensive athletic wear and came across 6pm, read a few reviews and was still on the fence about ordering. The prices are amazing and hard to beat so I ordered 50$ worth of clothes from 6pm on June 18th 2017 I received an order confirmation, shipment confirmation and a tracking number in a matter of days. The estimated arrived date for all my items was June 22nd 2017 and I received my items. The items fit perfectly as described and were authentic. I understand from reading the other reviews that 6pm is sometimes iffy but I had a great experience and will definitely order from there again!

I've ordered from 6pm for years and I've never had a problem with them! The one time that I did call them customer service was exceptional. My merchandise typically arrives within a week. Really good products and pricing! Wouldn't bother me if they charged for returns, due to great prices and free shipping. Everything in life cant be free.
