Good Quality, As Described.

I ordered some items from Bathstore and some from Victorian Plumbing. Seeing the items side-by-side, Bathstore wins hands down. We’ve not had an issue with a single product. Everything has arrived in prefect condition and been exactly as described. Good quality products.I have just dropped one star because their helpline isn’t for product information, just sales. This is a shame as people do need advice when buying bathroom products, simple things like what waste is needed. When I called the sales line however, they did put me in touch with one of their superstar store employees for advice and he was brilliant. I wish I could remember his name, I think he worked in the Aylesbury store. But it’s not really fair on him if he’s taking all the calls from the national phone number - he must be very busy :)

Had my walk in shower an complete new bathroom,fitted all done by bathstore thurmaston Leicester,it’s beautiful fitters were excellent,it’s wonderful I’m so looking forward to using it,the bath was taken out ,it’s unbelievable,Thanku guys,excellent job done

Went to a homebase/bathstore in kent and was pleased with how the design was done and the products we ordered.Had a issue with wrong item sent but All resolved now. Just need to make sure you check your items as 30 days was plenty of time for us to do this as we booked our fitter a few weeks after delivery as advised.Was told they are having some teething troubles but you just gotta follow what they say and go in store so they can help you more personally instead of online.

Good products poor service

The products are good but we were unhappy with the service. The quote from their fitters was much higher than the other 2 independent quotes we received. Also DO NOT buy your fixtures and fittings until you have a date from your installation company as they have a strict 30 day’s returns policy. We bought everything then found that we didn't need all the cupboards we ordered and even though the goods were still current stock they wouldn’t give us a refund only store credit which wasn’t any good to us because we already had a new bathroom.

We went to bathstore hitchin

We went to bathstore hitchin, luton has closed down, and received excellent service. Phoned beforehand to make sure what we needed was on show and lady remembered us and was more than helpful.Order placed with some difficulty due to computer system being a little awkward but lady was so pleasant and helpful really didn't matter.Bathstore goods are excellent quality and discount on the day made purchase ever better. Thank you!

Great service in store with attention…

Great service in store with attention to detail. Even took back unwanted over estimates tiles. When one of the lights didn't work they were unable to replace for me even though under warranty although they did give me the manufacturers contact details who did replace the item. Very sad to see the potential closure looming though as the shop is very handy for me.

Doubled delivery charges

Good product, prompt delivery. Difficult to contact, as website refers one to one's nearest store, who say they know nothing. When ordering a bath, there is a note that an end panel can be ordered separately, implying that the front panel comes with the bath. It does not and another delivery charge is incurred, even if the items are collected from the store.

I am not a happy customer ,but its not…t

I am not a happy customer ,but its not bathstores fault its bloody DHL .i went in to bathstore ordered my entire bath suite costing me £1176.00 . I had a delivery slot for Thursday 15th August which was my only day off .I got a delivery slot for 13.09 and 15.09 .I waited in all day only to be told 20 mins before the end of the slot that the driver had run out of driving hours .the lady on the phone wasn’t a lot of help when we asked why all we got was it doesn’t work that way .she said that at least 10 times .we then booked them to come again Friday 23rd august but i am still waiting for the time slot .we have contacted a lovely gentleman from chesterfield store called Myuran Vijayakumar he’s been helpful but still I don’t know when my new bathroom is going to be delivered .Iam not off work now for 3 weeks so don’t know when its coming .I don’t think its fare that if iam not home DHL will charge me a fee but i think that should work the same if DHL doesn’t deliver .i wish I hadn’t bothered with the new bathroom

Excellent customer service at Newcastle-under-Lyme storeWanted furniture and there wasn’t a lot in stock. Laura was very helpful though and showed me what was in stock and helped me visualise what would fit in best. Not ready for a few months so I will be back when you have some new ranges.
