Easter thank you

Thank you for making an eldery aunt very happy

I am very impressed with the service and updates I received. I ordered a hamper last week to be sent to my Aunt for her 83rd birthday. Despite the current challenges with Covid the parcel arrived early and I was kept fully updated on progress. My Aunt was over the moon with the hamper - a big "Thank you" to you Betty's for making my Aunt's day. Although I can't visit her at the present time the hamper really cheered her up xx

Online options need a revamp

I have used the online delivery often to have gifts sent straight to recipients and never had any issues with delivery. I do think their items are over priced. They could do with some new items to be available online as I have exhausted 'what they have on offer' several times over now for gifts and therefore will no longer buy from there unless it's for ourselves. There are only so many Fat Rascals and Cakes you can send before people are sick of them. Please get some new ideas for your online selection

Going to Betty's in york is a family…

Going to Betty's in york is a family tradition eg we go to york its Betty's all the way. I can say in over 40yrs I've only been unhappy twice, I wrote and complained and they addressed my complaint and also give me a complimentary hamper. I was in york a fortnight ago for a week and I was there nearly every day for afternoon tea. 5stars to bettys

I have made two trips

I have made two trips. One was excellent and the next was average. I think it depends on when you go. They don't seem to have enough staff available when its very busy and therefore the service suffers.

Betty's Harlow Carr

Betty's Harlow Carr. We had a lovely breakfast on Monday morning at Harlow Carr the staff were very attentive and we had excellent service. The meal was very good. Louise was an excellent waitress polite and attended to our very strange requests - poached eggs on a fruit teacake!

I'd like to applaud Abi at Betty's. I ordered some small hampers for friends for christmas but, being a bit previous, I didn't realise the delivery would not allow for the freshness of the products. Abi called me and we had a really nice conversation in which she pointed out the issue and offered some solutions. Thank you Abi, I really appreciate your help. I will order from Betty's and I hope this appreciative message gets back to you. Betty's, you have an excellent employee in Abi. People like her are not easy to find. Make sure she feel valued or I might nick her for my team!

Celebration cake

I ordered a celebration cake for my wedding through the telephone ordering service, having looked online first. The Bettys telephone assistant was so helpful and warm in her manner, which reassured me about the rest of the experience of ordering. The cake arrived exactly as ordered, looked great and tasted delicious.
