Bitiba is competitive!

Had many deliveries, different types for different dogs, always quick to deliver, competitive prices... it’s a shame that the delivery service ( driver ) lets their company down, they dumped all six huge bags out on the pavement in the rain, and had spilt some fluid on my boxes whilst in their van, my boxes were disintegrated, broken. Thank goodness the bags of food were in waterproof bags inside the boxes. I was disgusted with Yodel. They could have carried them yo the shelter under my back door. I had to get another person to do this for me as I have bone cancer and could not lift them, shame on you Yodel ! Thank you Bitiba !

Brilliant shop

Better than Fetch

I found this site after the site I previously use for my ever clean cat litter (Fetch) put the total prices up. I ordered and the order came within two days and I saved £10!!! Highly recommended so far.

Service of a high standard at this difficult time

In these difficult times a lot of companies are taking advantage and inflating prices etc. Bitiba have not - I went onto the website and submitted my order, received a confirmation email plus they kept me up to date by advising that my order may be delayed. My order arrived promptly and the price paid was the same as before this all started.In addition, an item I had wanted to order was out of stock, I asked for an email when it was back in stock - again I received this email and could make my order.The service provided is still of a high standard which is being maintained at this difficult time.

Lack of communication.

On 20th March, 2020, I placed an order for cat food. Paid for it on-line & sent it off to Bitiba. A few days later (23rd March) I received a message stating that, because of the coronavirus, deliveries would be delayed (didn't say how long at first). If they had shown this on their website when I was booking the order then I would maybe have looked elsewhere. It was only after I had complained about this lack of notification that they actually put this information about delays on their website. Fair dues, they did reimburse me later, but I should have been informed as soon as they received my order. A case of eyes too big for their belly?

Great company and loyal to customers throughout this COVID-19 by only allowing regular customers to order.The only one problem is not really them or their products, it's the fact they use Yodel....need I say more.

I would like to thank Bitiba for the support shown to your already registered customers, when everyone went into panic buying. This fool (me) thought I could get normal supply when needed, having 3 dogs and 2 cats I order once every 2 months. My only luck was being a registered customer, and I managed to put my order through in 2 parts (I didn't want to risk items in my cart suddenly showing out of stock once I moved to the next screen!).Communication excellent. Good delivery time considering what the world is going through. I only didn't manage to secure food for my older dog with arthritis, am waiting on a message when it comes back into stock. Thank you for another excellent order supply. We pet owners know how much our furry family means to us :)

Received cat litter very quickly once stock was back in. I assume many people started buying lots of cat litter because of covid 19(?) as everywhere became out of stock at same time (I've never seen it out of stock before!). Fortunately, Bitiba got back their stock and sent my order out very quickly. At a time like now, Bitiba have been a first class service

A good competitive company who dispatches quickly.

I have used this company three times now, a good service, best prices for my particular dog food. Quick deliver, shame Yodel left the 2 x 24 kg packages out on the pavement beyond my boundaries...Damaged ,and boxes disintegrating from a spill in his van. I am Aged with Bone cancer, so this part of the service was disgusting... are not to blame for Yodels incompetence.. I will purchase from them again as their Rates are competitive...

Excellent service for 2 years

Since our dog was diagnosed with a kidney problem about 2 years ago I have used Bitiba for the specialist prescription food that she needs. I order from them every couple of months and the service has always been excellent. Contrary to a number of the reviews on here, I have always found the delivery service to be excellent as well. In fact the normal delivery driver has got to know the dog well and he’s the only delivery person that she doesn’t bark at!

Just made my third order

Just made my third order. The previous 2 orders came intact and within days, fast delivery really(for the big bulk orders I make too), have not found any fault with my experience with the company. The cats love the food, and it is cheaper than what I was paying for sachet Felix cat food also, half the price actually.
