In the end, Blindstogo for the win!
I ordered vinyl vertical blinds for a sliding glass door & vinyl horzontal blinds for 6 basement windows. I went on the cheaper side because this is a rental property. I received the vertical blinds about 2 weeks later, but no horizontal blinds. After 2 days, I contacted Marco @ blindstogo on their text feature. He found that the blinds I had ordered were not available & were removed from the order with no notice given to me. No other similiar priced blinds were available so Marco gave me an outstanding deal on some faux wood blinds. Next problem - I'm moving in 2 weeks- Marco could not promise they would arrive in less than 15 days but promised to do everything he could to rush the order. I received the 6 blinds 5 days later!Even though this transaction started rough, Marco & blindstogo made it right!

Went above and beyond for our ancient, cordless blind.
Ordered, cordless blackout blinds for our bedroom at least ten years ago. They were easy to install, blocked out most of the light as needed. Recently, the plastic center clip that is used to raise and lower the blind snapped. There was no way to lift or lower the blind now. I contacted customer service-was connected with Rebecca, and she explained that that clip system is no longer used, but she would try to find a replacement-give her a few days. Lo and behold she was able to find an old clip in the warehouse from years ago and sent it out-no charge. That really was above and beyond. Unexpected, but so appreciated. Would not hesitate to buy from them in the future.

I removed another review I entered because it was premature, as my issue was still being resolved. This review reflects the ultimate outcome and the honesty of the people at Blinds to Go. I ordered a shade from this company on the assumption I had purchased the shade that I was replacing from them. The shade arrived and it was the too wide for the window. Initially, when I was ordering the shade, the representative there looked up my record and found the measurement for the same window from a previous order I had placed with them. I told the person that it was a blackout shade and she took the new order with the old measurement, not realizing that my previous purchase from them was not a blackout shade and it was an entirely different style. Because she did not notice that the two items were different and might reflect a difference in the measurements, the company took responsibility for the oversight, and, rather than charge me to make a new shade with the proper measurements, they are sending a second shade free of charge. As it turned out, I bought the previous shade from a different company. This company has a good reputation and it is well deserved. The salesperson took responsibility for not realizing her mistake and the company graciously offered to give me a second new shade free of charge. You can't beat that customer service.

They gave me my money back after a manager From a store decided not to refund me although it was her miscommunication error. At the end, blinds to go ended up complying with me and I’ll buy the blinds for my mom at a different store from Blinds.

I purchased 2 shades. They are going back. Never again.
I purchased 2 shades. When I hung them there were problems with both. They remade them. Still the same problem. They told me they knew of a problem with the material so they offered to replace with an upgraded material. When I went to pick them up, they had not ordered one of the two. I brought the other one home and the rail had scratches on it. They ordered a new rail and reordered the other they forgot last time. When I went to pick up both, neither was in. I insisted they deliver the two replacements as I had made multiple trips back and forth, and hung and removed the shades multiple times. They delivered the 2 new ones today. The one the rail was replaced on is not operating correctly. I am so done with this company. To make matters worse, when you call the store and the associates are too busy to pick up, you can't leave a message. You have to keep calling until someone is free and answers the phone. I only gave them 3 stars because the associates seem to be really trying to make it right, but the company keeps screwing up.
