I have always had excellent service from this opticians, even in these difficult times of covid19 they have gone over and above expectations. My glasses were delivered to my door at a time suitable for me. My glasses were fitted and tightened for me. Lovely friendly staff.

My wife was having trouble with blurred vision and we couldn’t find an opticians that was open. We spoke to Broomfield and they told us Boots in Chelmsford was open for emergencies and gave me the number. My wife had an over the phone consultation and the optician said he’d like to see her for an appointment.I dropped her off in town because she was going to have drops and couldn’t drive herself. She went to the shop and they let her in and went through everything. The optician was a lovely man and the staff members outside we’re happy to be able to help my wife. She has now been referred but her mind has been put at ease. We were desperately trying to do anything that didn’t involve going anywhere near casualty so I’m very please Boots are providing this service. As she was waiting for her drops to work, she was watching the goings on in the store and noticed that from the moment she arrived to the moment she left, they were non stop with enquiries and problems from some incredibly rude people and people like us, grateful to be able to get hold of someone. I’ve never known a time like it in my life and hope we never see it again but I’m very thankful to Boots and the genuine help and care they provided my wife when she needed it.Everyone goes out of their way to complain but I wanted to take the time to thank the staff at Chelmsford for their care.

Excellent all round in Boots Opticians Newark

I am rating Boots opticians in Newark on Trent. I was very happy with the care I received in the shop. After my first eye test I left a 5* review on their website. I have now been twice for an eye test and received the same excellent standard of service again. The atmosphere in the store is very calm and quiet. There is plenty of space and chairs to wait on. I was welcomed and taken in for my appointments on time. I was not hurried but the staff were efficient and good at explaining tests before they carried them out. The eye tests included elements that I never had at my previous optician. Overall, it was much more thorough. I was afforded privacy and time to ask questions. At the end of the test I was not pressurised to buy new glasses or ushered over to the frames displays. All in all I felt very well cared for and will continue to give this excellent team my custom.

Boots opticians team at Glasgow Fort are fab.. !!!

I Would like to thank Julie,Gill,Linda and Kirsten at Boots opticians at Glasgow fort ..I had an eye test recently and in the process of trying out my new varifocals ..all going well so far !!!.The Girls Very cheery, informative and helpful ..Linda helped me choose my frames...and enjoyed her singing Chaka Kahn..lol ....(sorry Linda I had to say that!!) ...I was up there again recently with my daughter( who is trying out contact lenses) ..and all the girls Still remain upbeat and cheerful ..even though we have this pandemic looming over us all at this present time ...I work on the NHS frontline and know these are very uncertain times and know we are all struggling to remain upbeat and Positive..but we are all doing our best daily. ...It is a very hard and challenging time For all of us ..but we WILL get through this

1st class service

Visited Bromley the The Glades branch on Saturday 21.03.20 at approx 11.00am.I saw Farhana the manager as I needed to get an insurance quote for my glasses lost on holiday.She ordered the same Armani frames and provided me with the paperwork to claim my insurance back.Farhana is always professional but caring and attentive.i always feel like a v.i.p. And I can’t thank her enough for her first class service.

Boots (West Bridgford) opticians.

Unfortunately I "should[n't] have gone to" another options as they couldn't produce a set of glasses that I was comfortable with.Boots West Bridgford with Laura's help were fantastic and provided a pair of glasses that are perfect (one varifocal and one occupational). Whilst the price might have been almost double the other optician's, I know I have a perfect set of glasses that meet my requirements.

I recently brought my son in for an eye test in the Rhyl branch, and I just wish to say that with everyone facing so much stress and uncertainty with Coronavirus the staff were excellent and so polite. Everywhere was clean and cleaned before and after the tests so I just wish to say thank you.

Boots Opticians Twickenham - Helpful, friendly and professional - highly recommend

Very helpful, friendly and professional. Full eye check with clearly experienced opticians and top equipment. Great advice on frames and lenses although I ended up spending more than I wanted to I will probably wear them more which is better for my eyes.

I called into Boots today (Saturday)…

I called into Boots today (Saturday) with a view to making an appointment for an eye test. I was told that they had just had a cancellation and if I wished there would be a test available in about one hour's time. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, giving me their full attention. The optometrist was excellent, with very good interpersonal skills, who took trouble to explain to me why she was recommending the prescription for varifocals but also listening to my concerns that I had found them difficult to manage when I tried them a few years ago. Everyone I met was very helpful and respectful. Excellent

Boots Opticians - Kirkintilloch

Had an eye test at this store today and cannot recommend the store enough. Hira who done my eye test was lovely and answered any questions I had about my prescription. Amy helped me pick out my frames and she really did go above and beyond to help me. She was so patient and knowledgable about the lenses. I’ve left feeling very secure in the knowledge that I’ve been given the best care for my eyes. First class customer service.

The opticians in Boots Cambridge are…

The opticians in Boots Cambridge are professional and the staff is friendly. However, the receipts for payment are completely incomprehensible. The cost of the frame, the cost of the lenses and the cost of the coating should be listed separately. Instead, prices are added, subtracted, services added then removed. All this to show what enormous savings you have made, some of these expenses did not exist in the first place. The receipt interminable and complex. A bit more clarity please.

Visited the Preston Branch opticians for eye…

Visited the Preston Branch for eye health test. I am very anxious about anything medical but the staff put me ease. They were all really pleasant and friendly. They carried out a very thorough examination and confirmed that I had floaters in my left eye and it was nothing to worry about. They explained what causes them and provided me with a leaflet. I left feeling reassured after a week of worrying. Thank you!

Excellent Customer Service!

Excellent experience at boots opticians Hampstead. Sundip & Neha was extremely helpful and patient in assisting me with choosing the right frames. Sundip knew exactly which ones to choose which took out the hard work for me. The optometrist, who’s name I didn’t catch, was also great. Boot’s team turned what would normally be a chore into something quite fun!
