I had ordered many times from Boxed over the last years and always received my orders packed well and shipped fairly fast. I was ordering regularly until they changed their way they ran the business. When I was ordering from Boxed there was always some kind of a neat GIFT offered if you placed at minimum a $49.99 order and that also gave you free shipping, Now the Gift is at minimum of $100. order , you will still get your little free samples on any order generally you get to chose 2.Once I saw the change I decided to check elsewhere and I was very surprised to see that the Minute Rice 72 oz. box I was ordering at Boxed was nearly double the price of walmart.com , I checked the Quaker Chewy Granola Bars , Individual packets of Quaker Oatmeal and several other food items that I was ordering at Boxed and found them ALL to be less at walmart and with free shipping at $35.00 minimum purchase. I can order from walmart.com for less than Boxed and they are suppose to be lower cost because you're buying in BULK , well I can order in BULK at walmart.com for less and I don't need the little samples if their going to cost me in the end. The prices are NO less than walmart.com , they may have some sales at times but in general they are higher in cost and I paid more for items that I could have ordered for less. I was always happy with my products and the customer service is very good, too bad they can't compare to the price or match prices with competitor's as they sell many wonderful products. Sorry guys , until you go back to the way things were I won't be ordering anymore nor will my friends.

Who had toilet paper
Who had toilet paper, didn't gouge, and got it to me within the week? I was nervous about ordering from a place that I had never heard of, but it worked out just fine. They even send you a photo of your items inside of the box before they tape it up!! Don't hesitate to order from his place...but I see that for now, no more toilet paper.

Great experience with Boxed so far!
I've been ordering supplies for my office from Boxed for the last few months. we started having really bad experience with COSTCO and I was so glad I stumbled upon Boxed while searching for Costco alternatives. Boxed website's UI is great, product suggestions are good as well. It is very easy to place an order, even easier to track it. I love the email notifications they send; it has all the information needed without having to click on any additional link, perfect time saver. I also love Box's selfie they send in the email notification. Other than that, the product prices are comparable to Costco or any other wholesale store, we get good deals, and freebies! Also, I love that have a lot of healthy snack options. All in all - I highly recommend using this service! Regards, VJ

I ordered from Boxed.com on a Saturday. The site said 2-3 days for expected delivery. It did not say business days. My order did not even get shipped from their warehouse until Tuesday afternoon. I should have recieved it on Tuesday. I am sorely disappointed. Never again.

I’ve ordered from boxed 10+ times. I’ve been ordering from them since 2016. The best deal you can get is signing up for boxed up, as it gives you free shipping on every order. The products ship next day, and the orders arrive fast via UPS!I wish they gave more discounts, but they make up for it with the free samples and giveaways. They give 2 free samples with every order and most of the time they are full sized items. They also run great weekly giveaways! This is a wonderful site and I recommend it to everyone, it’s like the online version of Costco or Sam’s club! I recommend the site for sure!

Order didn’t ship until 5 Days after initial order
Been ordering from boxed for several months now and without any problems what so ever... that is until now. Placed an order on Wednesday 10-02-19 still had not heard anything about my order on Friday 10-04-19 their website claims to ship your order within 2 Business days. Mine did not so I emailed and and asked About where my order was and when I could expect to receive the order or at least shipping info, on my order. Late afternoon Friday I got an Answer explaining that since I ordered something that required to be shipped with a cold pack (choclate) They didn’t want my item to get stuck sitting in limbo over the weekend and have the item damaged when it arrives. they also charged me $2.99 extra for this cold pack for one bag of choclate and then don’t send it out on time and hold it over the weekend. It has been 5 days since I placed my order with no end in sight. I finally received my shipping info late on Monday, 5 fulls days after I placed my intial order. They offered no compensation for the delay and no other explanation as to why it took so long for fill my order and ship it out to me. I may or may not order from them but I will be monitoring the process and since they don’t seem to concerned about losing customers I may look for somewhere else to do my shopping.
