Amazing products for a great price!

I've had Boxycharm for a little over 4 months now, I have the base box, premium, and even the luxe! The products are amazing for the price!!! Their customer service is good, long response times but they do always answer every question. Ship time can vary depending on where you are on the list but once shipped it's ALWAYS two-day shipping. Everything always comes packaged wonderfully and I haven't experienced any issues with broken products. I definitely recommend Boxycharm!

Beware

Do not sign up. They are greedy for their money and currently disputing extra charges on my credit card.Update: I did get my money refunded from my bank so i am happy with that.

Let's be honest

Let's be honest, a lot of the negative reviews are because people do not read when they sign up! Boxy pop up orders as they have said many times, will ship through March 2020. It could be in one big box or in multiple shipments. If you signed up Feb 24 and then billed again on the 1st and then complain you didnt get any boxes, did you give it the 10 business days to at least get shipped? I commend Boxy for their nice responses as I couldn't keep repeating myself. I have been a subscriber since 2018 and had 1 box replaced as it was missing, but other than that, I have nothing to complain about. They do what is advertised; send you products to try and review. Some things you may not like, and that's okay because it's a surprise! If you cancelled, why not remove your card from the system so you don't get charged. Common sense is NOT common and I realised you cannot please everyone. Just buy your own damn makeup and skincare if your not happy. #bye

This is a terrible company with zero…

This is a terrible company with zero customer service. I am forced to give them one star, but they deserve a negative ten. They billed me once on February 24th and a second time on March 1st with zero boxes delivered. It is impossible to speak with a person and the phone number available only directs you to an email. It took 5 attempts to cancel my accounts and they just came back saying that they were unable to find it. I provided all the information they requested and it was not til my 5th email to cancel with a threat that they finally canceled. BEWARE with this company.Update: I received the boxes that I paid for and liked what I got, but canceling the subscription and the inability to speak to an actual person is beyond annoying. The company needs to invest in actual people to assist you with problems.

I have been a subscriber to boxycharm since June 2017 . I have never received any duplicate any items. The quality of the products are great. I have never had to contact customer service for any reason. You really can’t beat the price.

Maybe because I'm no make up expert but I feel overall I got a good deal. I do happen to never get what I think I may get lol but that's just a luck thing. At first I was upset because I thought bc asked you with setting what you wanted and I adjusted to get more make up vs skin care and I still got more skincare and then I changed to more skincare vs make up to see maybe if they think I want more skin care they will send me more make up (; some stuff is ridiculously priced like who the hecks pays $100 for a facial moisturizer that has gold flakes and feels weird? Worst part to me it isn't clear when you upgrade to premium that you go from base to premium so I had to pay for 2 boxes in a month and they send you a ooops sorry for the confusion but there's nothing we will do for you but send you a few heart's ❤️ in our email. Customer service isn't really a service then if there is nothing you will help me with. Overall it's ok and I guess we just can't have it all. Yes u save money but am I when I get things that I won't use. I out neutral colors and I get stuff that looks like someone uses in the 80s. I may drop them soon.

I recently my first box in January …

I recently my first box in January 2020. I loved it. Can hardly wait for my next box that should be here today or tomorrow. I have friends that live around me that have also signed up. We have decided to exchange items if we get something we would not use. But also I have granddaughter and great granddaughter. So far I am very happy.

I’ve been a customer for over 2 years

I’ve been a customer for over a few years! When I first signed up, I loved all my boxes and still do, however January was the worst box. Out of my 7 items I only received 2 beauty products the rest were skin products. I love trying new products( who doesn’t) we definitely get what we pay for right??? That’s the whole point of subscribing lol you’re not going to get everything you see. (I’m mean do you get the same size of cheeseburger you see in commercials)??

Regarding customer service and Jan box

I do not understand all the bad reviews about customer service. Any time I have sent a email I have always had prompt service. I am wondering if these people are using the general email and not going into the Q&A section where if used,your email is sent to the right department / person. As for the reviews about contents, yes January was the worst but how can you do a bad reviews on ONE yet had all the other months were it was good? Sadly reviews can be very slanted and people want to whine because bad news travels faster. I am newer to Boxycharm myself, and I expect hiccups dealing with so many customers with so many different wants and needs.I think we should be realistic
