Excellent experience

Excellent experience. Courteous from the door, good price for work, didn’t need alignment even though I asked for one. Instead of doing it & charging me, let me know it wasn’t necessary. Gave me a ride home, were very careful with my car. Found my new auto shop!!

Brakes Plus Greeley, CO Location: I have taken all of my vehicles to this location... most recently it has been my daughter's car with higher mileage and a teenage driver! I have worked closely with Brandon and John... Wow! I can't say enough good things about them... from diagnoses, to explaining to me so that I can understand, honesty and just down right the best costumer service I have ever experienced, not only with a mechanic but in retail period! I consider both of these gentlemen as not only my mechanic but friends! Money is money.... but you feel much better spending it with someone you trust and know that they have your best interests at heart. Thanks!

They assessed all the problems that needed to be fixed. When I couldn't afford to fix all their tech worked with me to fix my car's brakes to where it was safe to drive the car. I am very thankful for all there work and the price was better than decent. Thank you Brakes Plus.

Excellent Work and Exceptional Customer Service

My FJ Cruiser has 275k miles and was time for a big service. I had the team at Brake Plus McKinney replace the brake rotors (front and rear), brake pads (front and rear), front control arms (left and right), and front CV axle (left and right). The steering is like new! Excellent work and exceptional customer service!

I had an oil leak on my driveway the next day, had to take car back and they didn't clean the oil pan well enough apparently. they apologized, but it took an extra 90 minutes of my time.

My experience at Brakes Plus was 100% positive. Reasonable rates, awesome customer service and really fast turn-around. From the first moment when I called to make an appointment and was greeted by Shawn's cheerful voice asking how he could help me, I knew I was in good hands. Both Shawn and Randy were courteous, helpful, and professional throughout the entire experience. Randy took ample time to explain the issues he found when he examined my car, and worked with me item by item to help me decide which were priorities, explaining everything in detail, and answering all of my many questions until I felt satisfied that I could make the most informed decision. I will definitely be taking my car there for all my car service needs in the future.

Jesse got me in right away

Jesse got me in right away. I just moved it and wore the brakes down over the 3.5 day drive and through the mountains. He and Mark were extremely friendly and accommodating. Price wasn't too bad for all the work that needed to be done. I feel safe again. Would highly recommend.
