Delivered at lunch time - out for a ride in the afternoon!

The bike was extremely easy to order and arrived on time (today). Tracking service from UPS was great and it arrived in perfect condition. The bike was really easy to put together, with everything being provided by Canyon. As a small cyclist, I was worried about the size of the bike, however the size guide and online chat were spot on, having ridden it this afternoon.Thanks for a great bike, would definitely recommend! The whole service was great!

Amazing

I've owned my Aeroad for three years…

I've owned my Aeroad for three years and it is an absolute rocket. Faultless ride after nearly 10,000 miles.Accidentally broke a seat post clamp bolt when adjusting the seat angle this weekend - totally my fault. Contacted Canyon via customer service live chat and within two minutes, parts I needed were identified, priced up and are being shipped.Total cost for new clamp, bots and postage £22.47.Great service again, very reasonable pricing and can't say fairer than that.

My Personal Experience

I see alot of hate on here so I wanted to share my experience, I brought a Canyon Neuron CF 9.0 SL through the GCI Scheme, It took about 3 days for GCI and Canyon to confirm payment and then was shipped, it took about 2 weeks to arrive at my residence which I was perfectly happy with considering it's a global pandemic right now... this was my first bike ever and I managed to assemble it fine with the help of google, I then wanted to order spare parts like break pads and tires and had no clue on what to buy so I asked them and they told me what to look for and even linked me to competitor website for parts as they was out of stock.

Received my AL Endurace Disc last week

Received my AL Endurace Disc last week. Took about 3 weeks to ship to Ireland, also got a VERY good deal on it. I have to say also eveyone on hear complaining about shipping/processing times... for god sake people there is a damn killer virus on the loose so calm down!!Bike came in one piece thankfully, Only issue i found was rear disc lever had no pressure. It just wasnt bled properly from factory or maybe the shipping conditions had a negative impact on hydraulic systems, I dont know but my lbs was too busy so I had to order a bleed kit online for £20 but realising the price I paid I cant complain too much.the online chat can be handy but I found if i wanted something done eg(confirmation email not recieved) I had better results ringing them directly.

I have recently purchased a Canyon Endurace. I had had some concerns after seeing bad reviews surrounding customer services. In my experience these are completely unfounded. Canyon contacted me to thank me for my order and have been extremely helpful on both occasions I have contacted them since. Assembly of the bike was straight forward and I was able to ride it after 30 mins of assembly.

Neuron AL 7.0

Neuron AL 7.0I was looking at the Neuron AL 7.0 and the Spectral AL 5.0. After speaking with a canyon rep, talking about where I would be riding and what I was looking for in a full suspension MTB. I decided to go with the Neuron 7.0. The rep was very knowledgeable, knew the product line and was able to answer all of my questions. The bike took almost two weeks from point of sale to delivery, which I was a little frustrating. The packaging had a small hole form transit, however there was no physical damage to the bike. The bike was easy to assemble. The only complaint that I have about the bike is the dropper post lever. I feel that while the bike is a solid value for the price the dropper post level is lacking in both quality and functionality. The supplied Allen bolt to mount the lever striped, causing damage to the contact point of the actuating lever and the housing. After going to the local hardware store I was able to find a replacement bolt to hold the lever in place until I can find a suitable replacement lever. I only have a handful of rides on the bike. So far it has handled the local beginner and intermediate trails as expected. I will try to update this review as I get more seat time on the bike. I would recommend Canyon to anyone that is undecided. It is a quality product at a very reasonable price.John

Very Happy

During these times the delivery of Bulky Goods was quite challenging . In the end the bike arrived well and I’m very happy.The only comment is the period to dispatch to DHL handover. This took 5 days only to hand it over to DHL and then 2 more weeks to arrive.Overall I’m happy and these delays during the COVID times are fully understandable. Maybe the expectations could have been more clear on the website at ordering time.All good and many thanks ! Happy days!
