Started using during the lockdown as couldn't get in shops. A much bigger range, quick delivery and recycling bags to send used pods back. A great service. I like the caramel hot chocolate, I haven't seen in shops

Excellent

Had a machine before and bought another later. Makes super drinks a tad pricey but not as expensive as competitors machines/ pods, selection is good, website and customer service is excellent too, only downside is is pod recycling and it’s not just confined to just dolce gusto with recycling, otherwise very happy with it.

Dolce Gusto JOVIA Machine with Money Off Vouchers - A GREAT DEAL!

Bought a Dolce Gusto JOVIA coffee machine for just £28 (delivered) from Currys. A great little machine for the price. So far so good.As part of the deal there was an offer to get £20 worth of money off vouchers, to be used on the Dolce Gusto website only.The application for the money off vouchers had to be done online and It involved a bit of faffing about. I had to send a picture of the Order Confirmation with set details 'clearly legible' and also the (long) serial number of the machine. The information they needed was very specific.I applied online (V E R Y carefully) and held my breath.A few days later I received an eMail with £30 pounds worth of online voucher codes. Yes, £30! Straight away I ordered 4 boxes of Pods (the minimum 'spend') and used a £10 discount code (only one allowed per order) with free delivery. The 4 boxes arrived within a couple of days. I ordered again and ditto - 2 days later received 2nd lot of 4 boxes of Pods. I am currently putting together my 3rd order for 4 boxes of (my favorite) Pods.The (DG Online) Pods come in boxes of either 8, 16 (or 30) drinks and are currently £4.49 for 8/16 (or £7.99 for 30). This deal will give me 12 of of the £4.49 boxes for just £23.88 (delivered). 144 drinks. That's just 17p a cup.It's GREAT to be able to try out the different varieties of Pods for a much reduced price.CHEERS DG!

Have been ordering coffee from these guys for over 2 years

We have a standing subscription for a monthly coffee order for our Dolce Gusto machine, every month they send a case and charge my card with no input from me - although can change\cancel order whenever it suits as there is no contract.Started using them as supermarkets frequently ran out of stock of our preferred styles (Americano and Decaf) and is a nice and simple way of getting our coffee!On the downside there is a maximum of 9 boxes per order, but with a fairly social household a couple of extra boxes a month would be preferable!Delivery takes a few days (and is free) but if you have a standing order every month its not an issue.

Fallen out of love with it!

I did love this site, coffee pods at ok price (slightly more expensive than supermarket) but you did get free delivery and then all that lovely point collecting. But they have taken the points system away! Big disappointment.

A great looking site but really only for owners of the Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machines. Very easy to use. As slick as you would expect from a company like Nescafe.The Melody 2 & Circolo machines (& some of the accessories) are more expensive than other sites, but the prices of the boxes of coffee pods are similar to most retail outlets.You have to pay for delivery, which isn't too much, but they have more flavours than most other places and you get points for purchases.Points can be used towards the purchase of boxes of pods.
