It’s very sad that covid19 has caused so many cancellations but your response has made the disappointment a little easier to bear. Shiiine mini cruise cancelled this year and we were unable to confirm 2021 dates so requested a refund. Request sent on the Wednesday, Eventim advised they were processing the request Thursday and confirmed payment on Friday with refund in full returned to my account the following Monday. Very impressed

I booked tickets for Ali Wong in June

I booked tickets for Ali Wong in June, which has been cancelled. I found Eventim efficient and stress free in how they dealt with the cancellation. An email was sent to inform me of the cancellation and that I would be refunded, and a few days later I received a confirmation email that the refund has been processed. This has been so much more straight forward than some travel agents I have been dealing with as part of the current situation. So for that I thank you. The reason for the 3 stars is, I don't think most consumers will be aware of the T+C's, which really need to be advertised more broadly and clearly, that in the event of cancellation, Eventim will NOT be refunding the booking fees. Given the circumstances I would be happy and would find it reasonable for Eventim to keep some of the booking fee, but to keep the entire amount I found distasteful, with tickets not being sent out, the booking process was not 100% complete. So in light of the situation, I really think Eventim should have taken that into consideration from a human perspective, rather than stand behind their T+C's.

Easy to use, rediculous fees. Bought tickets for a show that was being ticketed through Eventim. The process of purchasing tickets was fairly straight forward, no better or worse than other such ticketing sites. The thing that really annoys me is the fees!£14 ticket price£1.50 "fee" (fee for what??)And then the ticketing options:Ticket through post: £2.50Mobile ticket: £2.50Print at home ticket: £2.50I bought tickets twice. First lot I had by post because I decided if i'm being charged £2.50 either way i might as well save my printer ink. Second time I bought tickets it was too close to the event to have them by post so I had a print at home ticket. Still had to pay £2.50 to use my own printer! Print at home and eticket should be free! They've already included a "booking fee" with the £1.50. Having £4 worth of fees on a £14 ticket is just a little bit rediculous. It's not like they group the fees together. You get charged the fee for every single ticket you buy. Does it cost them more to email you a PDF with 2 tickets on instead of 1?Ticketing companies like this are just greedy people that like to charge people for doing absolutely nothing.

Bought tickets to mama mia party few months ago. Unfortunately due to health issues couldn't attend. Contacted customer services on last day, as was hoping to get better, and spoke to Frank. Explained my situation and he was very understanding as soon as he heard my problem.
