Have placed large orders from Fetch for…
Have placed large orders from Fetch for a long time and always been pleased with ease of website and delivery time.However, Unfortunately they have lost another customer due to delivery charge.Have read all of the reasons why but I still feel they have 'cashed' in at a difficult time for everybody and for this reason my orders will now be placed elsewhere. I do not feel it is fair to be penalised by a company I was loyal to because others decided to panic buy.Read reply by Fetch: So that means our most vulnerable in society who are self isolating and in doing so have probably lost a chunk of their income are now being expected to pay 6.99 just because Fetch are busy!!! Listen to yourselves Fetch...there is no justification for this!!

Reliable and professional
This shop has always delivered on time and in decent packaging even in these times. Also when this began and they were obviously having delivery issues the sent emails to let people know you couldn't order on line and when they sorted it they sent email to let you know you could excellent service fetch

Ordered 21st April and delivered 22nd…
Ordered 21st April and delivered 22nd April - complete order. Have used Fetch for a number of years and only had a slight issue with non delivery of some items in a previous order to this one. Yesterday ordered 4 different boxes of cat food - applaws, James Wellbeloved and Natures Menu all of which were in stock and had them delivered today. Delivery cost was £4.99 however the food was cheaper than on other websites (Pets at Home and Pet Supermarket) and this compensated for the delivery charge. They used DPD which I prefer to Hermes. Overall very happy with the service provided on the last delivery.

Absolutely first class service
Absolutely first clsss ssrvicr. Needed diabetic biscuits for my cat as had pretty much fun out (my miscalculating error) and, couldn't find them for delivery any sooner than 5-7 days. Then I came across Fetch and they delivered inside 2 days, great service at a highly competitive cost and will gladly use again!

Only part of delivery received.
I can understand people's frustration about a drop in the level of service from Fetch at this present time but we are living in very challenging and difficult times! I received my order (well part of it early) which was great. However, I didn't receive the part I had ordered for my local rescue which is desperate for dog food. I am still waiting (its now two days late). Looking at reviews, it seems not everyone's order is being delivered complete. It would be useful if Fetch could let people know when an order is being split. Then we might not be jamming up customer services wondering where our order is. Thank you to all the staff at Fetch, I'm sure you are doing your best under very trying circumstances!

I have never had a problem with fetch…
I have never had a problem with fetch until now. I recieved 1 part of my order yesterday (9th April). A lady delivered it in a car for Hermes. I got an email to say I’d signed for my parcel which I hadn’t. I don’t know where the rest of my order is. 4 boxes of cat food. I rang, emailed, you name it ive done it. On the phone call it just says their busy & the email bounced back. Don’t know what to do. So now I have to go out & try & get more. Not happy at all.

I always order my cat kibble from Fetch…
I always order my cat kibble from Fetch and even with the current pressure that I am sure they are under I am very disappointed with their customer service.I placed an order 3 weeks ago and received a "confirmed" delivery date. I didn't receive an email from the courier on the day it should have been delivered, so I tried to contact Fetch (I had to do this via Twitter because all options were unavailable). I didn't get a response, but I did get an email saying that they were processing the order - on the day they were supposed to be delivering. I then received part of the order, but not the food which is the important part. Despite emails and Twitter messages, and a second "confirmed" delivery date I can't get an answer out of anyone and the cat food hasn't arrived.

My order has arrived!
I ordered from these people because The makers of the dog food I usually buy put a link to their site as a source From which I could obtain the product, I accepted that as a recommendation. Did not read these reviews. My order arrived in two halves on separate days, so I initially posted a negative review which I now unreservedly withdraw. I know these are difficult times and I hope others in difficulty are able to get their problems resolved.

Delivery charges have changed ......alot???
I haven't got an outstanding order, but I have used Fetch in the past and never had any problems. Their website at the moment states deliveries are delayed upto 7 days, this I can understand given what's happening at the moment, but why have the delivery charges gone up so much, that is totally unfair and cannot see why this has happened.

I've always had great service from fetch. The orders have always been dispatched quickly and arrived on time and they have a good range of products for small pets.I used to buy the same products on amazon but they were always more expensive or out of stock so I'm glad I found the fetch website instead.
