Excellent service following water damage

Excellent customer service when my fitbit versa 2 broke within the 2 year warranty due to water damage. Got through on the live chat straight away, sent one photo and the name of the website where I got it, and a replacement has been sent out today free of charge no further questions asked

Outstanding Customer Service!

Fitbit is back to providing it's excellent customer service! I had a bad experience with Fitbit customer service in January 2021 regarding a faulty strap on my son's Ace and it annoyed me that much that I didn't want to deal with Fitbit anymore. However, I had to contact customer service twice in July 2021 about problems with 2 different Fitbits and on both occasions the agents were outstanding! Thank you!

Device has a short life

Received a Charge3 Fitbit as a Christmas gift from my daughter 2 years ago. I loved it at first but after 8 months, started having problems with it. It would stall during a workout and fail to count steps, then the screen went gray and became unreadable. It was still under warranty, so i received a replacement. This one worked ok but a month ago, the screen started to go to a pale gray, with white lines through it. It also stopped notifications from my phone. Contacted support, who suggested a few fixes but none worked. The device is now completely dead. Fitbit said the best they can do is give me a discount on a new device. I am hesitant to buy spend money on a device that will only last a year or so. I am currently looking at other trackers and reading reviews. It seems like Fitbit quality and customer support has gone down.

I bought this fitbit in April and it…

I bought this fitbit in April and it never worked properly. At spending hour talking to the company and its technicians, they were unable to help me at all. They even hung up on me twice because I didn't understand aword that was being said. The program I need are inoperable and they want me to troubleshoot, which I haven't a clue how to do. I'm not a professional. This is a terrible company to deal with and should be investigated by the US Attorneys office. I bought it at Costco and they said, their not responsible after 30 days. I've been scammed. Let the buyer beware.

5 Stars. Fitbit supplied a working replacement for my Versa2, 18 months since the initial purchase.Seen many comments here about poor customer service. I was sceptical but once I sent evidence of the faulty display they arranged an immediate replacement. No quibble or mention of the Covid excuse. Well done Fitbit.

My Fitbit versa 2 suddenly stopped working spoke to a lovely adviser who gave me the best customer service really tried to get my Fitbit back working unfortunately it was unfixable but the advisor sent me a link to get a new one free of charge as I was still under warranty and within 6 days it gets delivered and working perfectly

smartwatch is really good…but Fitbit support is absolutely fantastic!

Usually, I don’t leave a review unless the product or service is really a scam or exceptionally great.

 In this case, it's the second option ;)I was totally blown away by how helpful and effective the contact with Fitbit support was - both Facebook DM and chatting with their support on their website (thank you so much, Jan!) was one of the fastest and most pleasant experiences I have ever had with any support! 
(well…a lot to learn dear crew from apple Australia. A lot to learn....)I have been a user of Fitbit Versa 3 for more than 8 months. (it was a Christmas present from my boyfriend), and it works great so far. Although I think that the app could have a bit better UX design, It works well overall (I use a basic - not premium version)My experience with Fitbit so far allows me to say that it's a perfect product that I can recommend to anyone who wants to keep in shape!

Not of enduring quality

When it's working it's a great tool to keep track of daily activity and it looks quite elegant, unlike other tracker watches/devices. I only ever use the free service, never tried Premium; that covers my needs.MY problem with FitBit watch is that in the 18months that I have had it, the screen has broken up 3 times, stripes start to appear that make it difficult to read and they just get worse and worse over time. NewStarts, both standard and long, have never helped. Twice I have had the watch replaced, free of charge, by FitBit, although the second time took quite a lot of time and messages back and forth to get everything sorted out, this time (stripes appeared a week ago) I have been unable to successfully get hold of FitBit support! These devices are not inexpensive and should be of enduring quality.

Great support team!

I have recently contacted the FitBit support team on three separate occasions and they have always been so helpful. Their customer service skills are amazing in my experience and I couldn’t be happier with each outcome. I don’t normally write reviews but when you receive such good service on so many occasions you have to let people know somewhere!

I’m very disappointed in your product I bought my Fitbit a year and half ago it is not working when I try and charge it it gets really hot and will not charge. I will not buy another Fitbit and will tell all my friends what a bad product you have

Don’t purchase Fitbit Charge 4 if you want to be outside.

The Charge 4 is okay if you are indoors, but you cannot see the screen outside- even on a very cloudy day- certainly not in sunlight. This is a big problem if you are doing anything outside- which most people who want a device like this are. I would not recommend this product. The plastic band is also very uncomfortable when you perspire! Also disappointed in customer service platform - not helpful at all.

Three have gone wrong now

Three have gone wrong now - the last developed a screen fault less than a week before the warranty ended but John Lewis aren’t responding … either way I’m disappointed with what was a great product and system.

First ever Fitbit

Bought my first ever "wearable" a Fitbit Charge 4. The amount of data captured is impressive and the app is ok to use after a few days of getting used to it. The heart rate monitor doesn't always work when exercising though (due to moisture?), which is one of the main interests data-wise so that is massively disappointing. I also don't appreciate that not all data is accessable without paying for a premium subscription. But I've already paid a lot of money for the Fitbit! Disgrace.
