I have had my fitbit versa for about 2…

I have had my fitbit versa for about 2 years now and it has been a great watch for me. I like it a lot because it is very convenient. I use it to record my fittness information, I do the coached excercises, and I use it as a timer, and alarm clock. I used to have a charge 3 so I am really impressed with the versa because it has a lot more features than the charge 3. The versa is really working out for me and I will not have to upgrade to a different fitbit for a while. It is waterproof too and that is great because I do household things like washing my dogs and I don't have to worry about my versa getting wet.

Brilliant customer service

Husband's Charge 3 got progressively dimmer to the point he couldn't read the screen at all. Contacted Fitbit, who asked him to try a few simple tests, none of which resolved the problem. They offered him 50% off the latest model or a free replacement of current. He chose the latter which turned up two days later. No quibble, no hassle, pleasant and easy.

amazing customer service

I’ve had a couple of issues with my charge 3 recently but the way it has been handled and resolved has been nothing short of exceptional customer service. In January the strap broke but not the side they supply you a spare for, I messaged them, they asked me to send a photo with my Fitbit ID and then they sent me a new strap. Recently, my screen went blank, I messaged Fitbit, they asked me to restart, it didn’t work, i messaged back to tell them it didn’t work, they sent me a link on Friday to order a replacement, today is Monday, I received the replacement and I’m back on track. So happy!

Not covered!

My watch is great could not ask for something better until it started losing colour after 4 months and they will not do nothing about it as it not covered under warranty apparently should not go like this after this short time

I bought a fitbit versa 2

I bought a fitbit versa 2. It doesn't keep accurate steps. I can go for a five mile walk, have over 2000 steps before I start. When I get home, my fitbit has less than 10,000 steps. My cell phone, which starts out at less steps than my fitbit, will have well over 10,000 steps. I bought it because it had great reviews, but I feel I just wasted $200.

Shocking hardware quality

Shocking hardware quality. I'm on my 4th Fitbit Ionic and it doesn't even work great (screen lights up but sometimes doesn't show anything). If you are out of the EU you miss out because the unit will probably break just after a year. Inside the EU you get 2 years warranty in which the customer service throw repaired units at you until one works.The software is good although they are starting to charge for features. So you have to buy the product and then software on top of that. Pretty poor model.

Faulty devices but great customer service

My review would actually be between 3 and 4 stars. I own a Versa and bought a Charge 3 for my partner. Love how it works and its applications and functionality. However my partner’s fitbit had to be replaced a few months after buying it because the device was defective (it wouldn’t turn on) and the same happened to mine after one year from buying it (the battery was draining too fast). Both were replaced and the customer service was absolutely fantastic, first giving instructions to re-start the device and then offering a replacement. My replacement worked very well until yesterday when the screen got black, so it’s only lasted 5 months. It still has lights and synchronises with my phone though. The customer service has offered me a replacement and they were ver responsive from the start. However after so many faults I think next time I’ll buy a smart watch I’ll really consider other brands, which is a shame. Maybe I’ve been unlucky.

On the five occasions I have phoned them everyone has been very helpful but I am still £100 out of pocket. The girl in the shop said I should have done my research but why did I need to when my charge2 worked perfectly on my devises. So think very carefully if you are thinking of purchasing a charge3 as it is impossible to know if your phone is going to be compatible or not.

I am well impressed

I am well impressed. Had problem with charge 3. They tried to resolve the issue with help but screen remained very dim... their solution...? I now have a new charge 3 within 4 days of contact. Brilliant after sales and no quibble. Thankyou fitbit for keeping me on track you are truly inspirational with your after sales service

Fitbit is a mediocre product

Fitbit is a mediocre product. Some good stuff, some very weak points. For instance, they are supposed to be experts at tracking many details. But they can't keep track of Arizona not going on Daylight Savings Time. The time on Fitbit automatically changes with DST, thereby making it wrong by an hour in Arizona. Maybe a company that tracks details should put more time into their product and less time into their marketing.

Oh dear.....I have just had a Charge 3 bought for my 69th birthday and absolutely love it. Judging from the comments on here I may still be in the honeymoon period.!Perhaps I'd better report back in 18 months......

Great Customer service.

I called Fitbit CS with problems getting my Fitbit Inspire HR to track steps correctly. I learned alot from them and they were very helpful and my tracker is counting steps perfectly.

Excellent Device With Little Problems

Had a FitBit Inspire HR for around 6 months now, and have been satisfied with the productThe battery life is excellent. 7 days from full charge to dead is extremely convenient. Furthermore, a full charge takes around an hour, which is ideal when you need to quickly top up the battery.Big fan of the sleep monitoring system, very interesting to see how I’ve slept. Only problem is sometimes, instead of ending the ‘sleep’ when you wake up, it classes you as ‘awake’ but still part of the actual ‘sleep’. May not make a great deal of sense if you don’t own one, but it’s a small inconvenience as it renders the results of the monitoring incorrectAlso, the device can be slow syncing to the mobile app, but it’s not a big issue.Overall, very satisfied with the device

Blaze dead after 2 years. Last few months battery life shocking. If you ok buying gadget for 1 year ten it is ok. Otherwise stay away.
