I’ve been shopping here for about 2 years and I am OBSESSED. Customer service is a little slow to respond and sometimes they can be a little bit quick to get you off a call - i imagine they don’t have many care agents - but for the most part my experience with the product itself has been very positive and I always still feel very satisfied with the help received when I do have to reach out to customer care.I saw a few reviews about skin changing color and the only time that’s ever happened to me is if I physically hold a blue bath bomb and that comes from the dye in ANY bath bomb, particularly darker ones but it does wash out. And yeast infections are very common with a bath period, so neither of those have anything to do with the product itself. I will say that I have gotten the incorrect size a few times before, as I typically wear a size 7 and I’ve gotten up to a size 9 before. But I like being able to wear rings is different fingers

best candles, worst customer service and shipping

I have been ordering from them for 4 years. the candles are hands down the best smelling, longest lasting around. the jewelry is just costume and not why I buy them. they have a lot of other products and in my opinion should just stick to candles. they have improved their packaging thank goodness so they do arrive in perfect condition. however when you get them is a crap shoot. I now live about 11 miles away from them and it's going on 3 weeks for my order to be sent. My order placed after that one was recieved already. So if you have an event, holiday, birthday you can not expect to receive it by then. Customer service is slow and non responsive. I am still waiting for a response. Another order took almost 2 months and CS told me the order was lost, the 6th order mind you in 4 years that was "lost".I will continue to buy the candles because like I said they are the best around. The shipping department, order processing, and customer service is the worst and unless they make some serious changes and training, will probably be the companies downfall.

Great products, Questionable Service.

I'm not the biggest bath bomb fan but I absolutely love the Starry Night set. The Starry Night Bath Bombs were VERY potent. I have a huge bathtub and the color of my bath water, post bath bomb, was almost opaque and the scent was a bit too strong. In hind sight I might, should have, broken the bomb into 4 pieces and stretched them over 4 separate baths. The rings are so beautiful! With the starry night collection, I managed to get both of the tear drop rings I wanted. The Candle is easily my favorite in this set. The scent throw will fill half of my double wide mobile home (probably the whole thing, if I put it in my living room). I just ordered again on February 8th and it's still "processing" on February 13th. I had the same issue in January but it did eventually ship so I wasn't too worried. Just keep in mind that they normally don't ship same day or even same week. I've tried a few times to contact the company (mainly because I'd like to review them, ironic no?) but I haven't gotten a reply. I primarily used their mobile website which is easy enough to navigate but could use some work. I need to check their desktop site to see if there's a way to review from there, but to be honest I expected to see more customer reviews on their website but I see more youtube reviews, which is weird. I don't know if I need to be invited to review or if I just haven't found the button yet. Oh well, I'm rambling now. In conclusion:Products are very good, if not too good. So, 4 stars out of 5.Packaging is very cute and almost gift worthy and keeps the candles and bombs very safe. 5 out of 5.Shipping is a bit slow because of "processing". 4 out of 5 stars.Customer Service is almost nonexistent but obviously someone works there. So, like, 3 out of 5 stars. Thank you so much!
