Items came fast

Items came fast, exactly on expected arrival day. They are exactly what I had expected having bought bioworld clothing before, what I got was legit bioware brand clothing, proper size and color. I have another sweater in the same design just a different style and they are the same quality. Though because I didnt have to deal with returns and will be keeping these items I cant give full review.

Pleasantly Surprised

I was expecting to be scammed by all of the reviews on this site. I was pleasantly surprised to see all of my items come and not look like cheap knock offs. They dont have the fastest service in the world, but they're not bad. I wouldnt mind purchasing from them again.

UPDATED REVIEW

UPDATE: I had a charge I did not make from a “company” calling itself CARITAVEST.fun. In investigating charges-non existent shipment originated in China-and with Fun.com’s swift response to my complaint, was able to show charges were fraudulent & did NOT originate from this company. Their name was hijacked. Not their fault & they were very helpful in correcting this situation via responding with necessary information. SCAM! I ordered a backyard set advertises on FB - never arrived, but was charged. Reported fraud-STILL fighting charges. NEVER give cc info to this company.Can’t see how to respond to your response. I never received an email confirmation of order & no order # is on billing statement that does have your company’s name; CARITAVERST.F Please supply an email so that I may send picture of bill?

Shipping packaging needs improvement

Purchased several Funko Pop figures. Poor packaging resulted in half of them being bent up with torn packaging. Outside box was was dented and there was no internal packaging resulting in damaged contents. emailed customer support and manager accepted a return of the entire order and I received a full refund.

Customer services was excellent! Can't fault them.

I placed an order (without realising the high postage costs - initially thinking it was a local site with free postage), then at the last second realised the postage as the order was being processed. Saw the really bad reviews here and panicked thinking it was a dodgy website/company. So contacted Paypal to cancel the payment which they couldn't - I had to cancel with the merchant. Merchant site allows for web mail to be sent, but does state for cancellations - due to fast turnaround, you're best phoning to cancel orders. I got through to an incredibly nice american lady who issued me with a refund. No hassle - and now I feel guilty for doubting them in the first place! I may end up using them in the future now - but the high postage is due to the shipping from America. I can't fault their customer services one bit. Infact, I wish our country's (UK) customer services departments' was as nice and pleasant!Even though I cancelled my order and received a refund, I do believe the company is only as good as it's customer services - and unfortunately, you tend to only find that out once you get an issue. I would now consider buying from fun.co.uk / fun.com in the future for any novelty quirky items with far more confidence then my first experience!!!

My first order

I made the mistake of reading the reviews after I ordered,understandably, I was very nervous about what could go wrong with my purchase. So I was really happy when my package arrived on time, intact and in order. It's also worth noting that the parcel tracking was really detailed, which is ideal when ordering presents short before Christmas.It's terrible that other consumers have had a bad experience, but I fairly have to rate my order with this company as great. Thanks.

Wrong Product Title, Terrible Return Policy

I purchased a product that was titled 'Woman's'. It came in the mail as 'Juniors'. Returns take almost 55% of the value of your purchase. Ouch!~~~Justine, Thank you for the information. I was able to call and get a fair return. Thank you for your help.

Ordered air mag replica from Back to the Future II.
