A very decent experience

My order was dispatched on 23/04/20 (Thursday) after placing my order 2 days prior (Tuesday). I had ordered a personalised card and phone case. Even though I had read many of the bad reviews people had given the website I still decided to place an order. The card arrived the following Monday (27/04/20) and the phone case arrived on the Wednesday (29/04/20). I did choose the shipping option of 1-2 business working days, but due to the current situation with the virus I was actually surprised by how quickly the products came. One thing I would suggest is for the personalisation of the phone cases, it would be very helpful to show where the camera hole would be and where the case curves at the edges because I completely forgot about those so when I made my personalisations, I tried to change it but this was after the 30 min window that I had, but the customer service was very helpful.Other than that the quality of the products were good and I am very pleased. Got them as a birthday gift for a friend and I can’t wait to see her reaction.

Ordered a personalised photo print and came 4 days after. Looks lovely and very pleased with picture quality (online it looks blurred) but turned out fab! Will purchase again. Thankyou

Item came broken

Item came broken, I tried contacting the online chat however it keeps telling me that my email does not match the order number, even though I have received my confirmation to that email. I also tried calling but it wouldn’t connect my call. Does anyone know how I can get through to them because i am not letting €40 go down the drain. The item is beautifully made just a pity that it’s broken and the customer service is appalling. Order number 561696543Look this is the order number I received with my confirmation, I have not received any other number GE561696543GB . Can I please have an email address where I can send you pictures and proof of purchase.

Great service

I would like to send a review so that others can see how pleased I am with both cards that I ordered. The product is even better than I imagined and arrived quicker than I expected ( especially in these times of COVID 19 lockdown ) . When my cards arrived one of them was damaged. Getting personal had kindly inserted a small special offer card and unfortunately the colour from that had transferred onto one of the birthday cards . I called customer service using the live chat option . The response was very quick and helpful . Customer service arranged for a replacement card to be sent to me and arrived the very next day . Can’t be more pleased with getting personal and will definitely use again 10/10

Lovely service despite circumstances

I was disappointed at first as my order came broken. I sent them an email online to sort out the issue and was contacted on the same day. Their customer service has been outstanding and they have now sent me out an urgent replacement of the product I ordered. Thank you very much for your help, I will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered my item on the 3rd April, says dispatched on the 6th but it still hasn't arrived, its for my daughter 18th birthday :(Edit: the company gave me my money back without any issues. It must have got lost in the post.

Excelent Service and Quality Products

Having seen the negative reviews I continued to with my order.   I am writing  a post order pre delivery review to allow a company providing a service in these extraordinary and unprecedented times establish again and continue with its good reputation again.  My order submitted  17/4/2020, 3 Items, expected delivery of all items by 23/4/2020. Will UpdateEPUpdate review of  18th April 2020.  Unfortunately I have not received the Giant Card 50 Gold Squares Card . It says dispatched however still not received which is most disappointing .  I have received  before the expected delivery date the Multi Photo Frame Print  which is absolutely superb and much  much nicer  and better than shown on the site.   The 16th Birthday Card the quality is excellent too with no spelling errors.  Based on these 2 items I would recommend the Company without any hesitationIt just such a shame that the Gian Card 50 Gold Squares has not arrived! EP3/5/2020....all my products received and they are of excellent quality.. The Giant Card 50 Gold Squares arrived and it is fantastic. The delay may not have been a Getting Personal issue but that of the changes Royal Mail have made in their ways of working. All 3 products are beautiful & quality superb. I am so pleased with them and the service. Given Covid-19 and changing working patterns ~Getting Personal is still delivering on its products and quality. I can't thank them enough. This has made a special birthday even more special as these personalised items will come as a great surprise, will help us celebrate a little more and will be kept for many years. So a Huge Thank You to all the staff, the company for its work during these unprecedented times. I will definitely be returning [not just because Getting Personal have sent me a 15% discount code for me next order!]. I will be highly recommending Getting Personal to all my circle of friends and beyondI do hope that my review helps to alleviate some concerns about using Getting Personal and negates some of the negativity. Go elsewhere for the love of God

A follow up to my delivery problem. No response on here. The online chat is more robotic than human. The twitter conversation is an absolute joke. I advise you NOT TO PURCHASE. I’ve had responses like, the delivery dates aren’t 100%, at the bottom of the page it states all Del dates are approximates, as it’s personalised it’s non-refundable (really, I would never have guessed?!) it has to be missing for 10 days before we can help. Customer service is a complete *opposite to sugar* show. They won’t respond to my GDPR, I’ve requested a copy of my details and they won’t even discuss my order let alone my details and infringements (my order doesn’t even show up in my account). Twice I’ve ordered and twice they’ve not just let me down, but let me down by a great height into a pile of plop. I’ve shared my experience with family and friends. I’ve apologised to my autistic nephew for trusting this company and after DAYS LATE, they won’t even consider delivery refund, for a large envelope. Pathetic. Save your money people and go to not on the high street, Etsy or local business. Do not waste your time, sanity or money.... update: after multiple conversations, I’ve received a full refund and thankful for someone to actually read and see how important the gift was. Thank you
