I don’t understand how some people complain about GolfNow. I’ve used them for 3 years and love it. I’ve saved a lot of money and their phone support is the best I’ve ever experienced. Golfpass is an incredible bargain at $199 a year ($16.58 per month). For that, you get a FREE round every month. I’ve played Doral (regular price $250+) for free. In addition, you get a dozen Taylor Made golf balls, pay no service fee and cancel up to an hour before your starting time with a full refund.

Bunk! They said they were going to charge me $4.49, and the course would charge me $34 for a total of $38.49. The course charged me $39 and said I needed to get in touch with Golf Now.I dare you to find a way to contact them on their site.

Alain Desrochers (14 March 2019)The course conditions were excellent! Superb scenery! Truly enjoyed the course and the people at the pro shop were very sincere and accommodating. The starter gave us the option to play alone as a twosome with my spouse. The only issue I had was at the club house. The hostess was truly rud. After our round we went to the clubhouse for a drink and upon entering the clubhouse, we requested a place for two just to have a quick drink and relax after our round of great golf. She replied very rudely, "Well, we only have room at the bar or you can go outside." The tone of her speech and the frustrated look she gave us, as if we were disturbing her, was truly insulting. We left the clubhouse with a very sour taste of the place. Truly unfortunate that this type of golf resort, would hire such person with such subprofessional attitude. I would recommend the course but stay away from the clubhouse....

GolfNow Membership Changes

I have over the years enjoyed the GolfNow VIP membership until now. I have paid $99 for the past 3 years and have enjoyed the way the rewards program has panned out. I’ve noticed every January that there came some type of change and some not so good. Now it seems that I’m forced to accept the new Golfpass + for $199 a year. No I won’t accept that there are things there that I have no interest in. I should remain grandfathered until I decide not to renew. I hope enough complaints come in to force some type change in favor of the consumer. NOT FAIR. I’ve always upheld my end the Disney company should do the same.

Tee Times At Great Prices

I travel a lot and use this web site to book tee times on a regular basis. I have had no issues at all and the prices can be very inexpensive for decent locations. I would recommend this to anyone trying to find some golf courses when you're on the road.

I live near Nashville and have friends…

I live near Nashville and have friends that flake out on me all the time and golf now let’s me cancel up to an hour before and I even mistakenly booked Saturday instead of Sunday didn’t find out til after the fact and they gave me promo codes for the price I was out. Customer service is awesome and available.

I personally have nothing but good things to say about the app. Never had a problem booking a tee time, always save a ton of money. I’ll never pay full price to golf anywhere. I paid $21 to play a round (with a cart) that would have been almost $70 this summer!

Have been using GolfNow for about 5 …

Have been using GolfNow for about 5 years or so. The Rewards program is made worse each year. This year, it's $10 of a Hotdeal, but you have to book a few days in advance to use the Reward. Courses in my area typically reduce prices by more than $10 the day before if the tee time is not booked, and with the changing weather, makes the Rewards program essentially worthless to me.The fees have gone up, and the number of really nice courses in the program in my area has diminished. They try to push the $99 Membership, but I would have to play about 30 rounds a year for that to pay off, so it's not for me.I'll still check GolfNow for Hotdeals. Just forget about the Rewards program, which offers nothing for me, and probably also for you.

Satisfied GolfNow VIP Member

I became a golfnow VIP member as of April 12, 2017 and have no complaints. Maybe its because I didn't join when golf now was apparently "amazing" four years ago, but I paid the $99.00 to become a VIP member and it has been a tremendous experience for me. I play about 2 times a week if I can and save a lot of money by booking their hot deals. I pay no convenience fees since I'm a VIP member and can cancel any time up to an hour before my tee time and am able to use that money towards another round if I do decide to cancel. I'm surprised to hear all the negative comments, but I can say through experience that if you just use Golfnow correctly and understand their rules, it truly is a great thing to use. I just wish they had more courses in my area although their selection is still quite good.

We just golfed at Swiss Fairways in Clermont, Fl. Best experience ever... staff were great, course was challenging & interesting. We (3) all loved it. Will be back in February with more new players!!

GREAT customer service for me today. Anybody can book tee times (well, many can I guess). But what happens when things go wrong? I worried about that. I don't worry about GolfNow anymore. Made a problem (my fault), they fixed it. Then the course caused another problem (ran a tournament and didn't tell GolfNow and wouldn't let me play). Wrote GolfNow and got everything I asked for. Now I have great confidence booking with GolfNow and no need to go anywhere else. GolfNow fixed it, returned all fees including the service charge, which they did earn. This is a good, reputable organization with great service policies.
