Kandy Pens : Fantastic Seller , Great Products !!

I purchased 2 C Box Mini Pros and upon receiving them was astounded to find a K stick Supreme in the order added for free !!! Also had extra adapters for Carts thrown in !!! I had a return issue with one of them , sent it in , and they sent me a brand new one AND more free adapters , these guys F___ing rock !! I did not have any issues with my credit card so not sure about the post stating problems . Thanks Kandy Pens

Slow support and even slower shipping...

Update (5/4/20):Chris (KandyPen) followed up after a few days and has made things right. At this point, I'm fine with their product. It's just their customer support is pretty slow. I've updated my rating accordingly.First purchase was ok, but slow to arrive. Second purchase has been worse. Customer support is non-existent and *very* slow to respond, if at all. They indicated product was in-stock when I ordered (even via chat with them!) but after a couple of days with no update for my order sent an email to them. They did not respond for a couple more days so I opened a ticket. After another day waiting they told me that it's out-of-stock and "you must've missed our email". THERE WAS NO EMAIL FROM THEM. Chatted with Chris at kandypen yesterday. He looked into it and said it had not shipped and would cancel (per my request) and refund. An hour later they sent a "pre-shipment" notification and still have not shipped. I assume the pre-shipment is so they can charge the CC and not refund or cancel. Pretty underhanded and untruthful... avoid them.
