It has arrived!! 5 months later :)
It has arrived!!I ordered a crate back in September for my kids birthday not realising what had happened with the company. As with all the 1 star reviews below I went through the same email battle/ fake shipment ids. It arrived today!! Thursday 20th February, the box is full of goodies, my daughters happy. However I won’t be using them again, it got 3 stars just simply because it turned up, however it was a 1 star experience but they had basically gone bankrupt when I ordered and I could of got zilch in the end. Keep strong folks, hopefully yours turn up out of the blue too....Op 20/02020Edited 06/04/2020The T-shirt that was missing from the original box has arrived today. It took a while but we now have everything. Hopefully everyone else’s finally gets sorted

After 8 months
After 8 months, after trying to get a refund by talking to them or my bank without success, the lootcrate, arrived this morning. I am SO surprised that in the end, this wasn't a scam. Luckily. Strange thing is that it was shipped on August 11th and arrived today, 4th february.The contents, except for Megazord and the T-Shirt were delusional but i appreciate that this company maintained its promise (To ship the orders) and they did so.. just wait guys and give the company one more chance. To be honest, i'm not going to make another subscription because i'm scared of when it could ship but.. lootcrate, if you're trying to fix your mess, keep it up.

Honestly...
Honestly, I have bought a few regular Lootcrate boxes before in 2018 and earlier years and had no problem. This year, 2019, in March I ordered a LootAnime and am still waiting for it 5 months later. I contacted customer service since the ship out day has just been getting pushed and pushed back. They were nice and reassured me it was coming...eventually. I liked this company and I bought from them because I thought it was a neat idea that you could get a themed box. Realistically though, it's been 5 months for a box of anime merch I could go to BoxLunch or J town for... I'm not sure if it is just the addition of other boxes that they can't handle, or if they are just going downhill.

Late shipping of Crates & Missing Items Rates 3 Stars at Best
Would give 5 stars if most crate shipments were close to being on time or only occasionally late. Regardless of contents quality. Would give 4 stars if some crates I have ordered were on time and some were late a bit. BUT... lately my subscribed to crates (3 total) are all late by a month or more, some by 3 months,(San Rio/Hello Kitty) and my recent basic loot crate did not include a T Shirt as it should have.However... I am at least receiving my crates, if late, and several orders from loot vault have been timely in shipping, etc.

I've purchased 3 crates from them so far, and probably the most recent one was the last. I ordered my first crate (Gaming) 2 years ago and my second (normal) a year ago. With these 2 I didn't have issues. Granted the shipping time was a little slow (a month if I remember correctly), but with me frequently ordering from eBay, I didn't really notice. Oh but this last one. A company named Asendia was (is) supposed to deliver my crate. They recieved the shipment information on the 31st of January. Then nothing. For every month since I wrote to the customer service and they always replied with the "we have complications with the Asendia right now" crap. After half a year They finally offered a replacement (which I don't think will arrive any time soon). Don't even hope for a refund. I'm only giving 2 stars, because to be fair, my first 2 crates arrived.Edit: Changed to 3 stars, because I eventually got a refund.

I enjoy looking forward to lootcrate
I enjoy looking forward to lootcrate, its like christmas everymonth. However i had issues with the package showing up within a month of its said date, and in some cases it never was sent out until i sent an email. But over all it is a fun product.

i am mostly happy with my crate when…
i am mostly happy with my crate when they get to me. lately they have always been late. and then when they give me a code for the loot vault it won't work. the last crate was not a highlight of what i'm use too and I worry what that means for the crate I never got in may that I should have gotten and now the one I was suppose to get in june has not made it yet

Quality is good IF your crate EVER shows up.
Most of the items are unique and the quality is very good. So far I really like the t-shirts and pins.Now the cons:Crates don't arrive on time. I'm still waiting for my socks crate from January on. Communication is NON EXISTENT. They always reply with the same crap answer no matter what you ask.

Not a complete miss
This box is so so the parts of prime are ok but, the hand cannon looks cheap but I’m going to try repainting it and see how it goes. The dice are a miss don’t know where I will use them can’t hang in car window. Phone stand great idea but holder is to small to hold a phone with a case.
