GREAT ITEMS/PRICES BUT WEBSITE MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO ORDER

finally decided to take advantage of a luckybrand sale item and i've spent an hour talking with customer service because the size chart of the shirt is a full size off on the website so i don't know what size to order.and also they have no information on the shipper, which directly affects what shipping address i use. ups and fedex will not deliver to p.o.boxes (unless sent surepost/etc, and luckybrand doesn't specify this)...if i use my p.o. box the item cannot be delivered.it's not worth ordering from these people. the customer service agent was wonderful but she had to spend a half hour finding out just about the shipping. the customer service agent was great, but she had to ask everyone at the company everything that should be on the website.geez, they have some nice merchandise and prices but you make up for it with an hour on the phone buying anything.

Great Review in Charleston, SC

Went in recently in the Charleston, SC location (Tanger Outlet) and was looking at some of the dresses on clearance. The sales associate asked me how I liked the dress I had tried. When I told her it didn't fit well, she quickly directed me to another dress that was also on sale. I would not have tried this dress on, because it did not look like anything special. When I tried it on, I loved it as did my husband. I ended up buying the dress and she got me another discount for opening the credit card. I made the purchase, and then she helped me pay if off at the same time, so I would not have a balance with the new card. Jenna and Ashley were superstars and we will be back.Thanks for a great experience.

They Quickly Corrected a Mistake They Made

To give those reading these reviews some perspective, realize that those who have an ordinary experiences are less likely to write a review, thus making their score more negatively skewed. I knew this going into my order but was obviously still nervous with how it would turn out. I ordered a leather jacket through their online store. The interesting thing is that their site was showing it in stock but an agent over the phone told me there were none in stock. I assumed they made a mistake so I ordered it anyway. Nonetheless I was nervous that it would not arrive. It processed, shipped and arrived on time. To my dismay I opened the package to find a blouse, nowhere near what I ordered. Oddly enough it came with my receipt for the leather jacket. I called an agent over the phone and also chatted with one online and they were able to reorder (and check to make sure it was in stock). They shipped it via overnight, and it arrived two days later. It took a day to process, and then shipped overnight. I am happy that they were quickly able to fix their mistake. I have sent the blouse back.Onto another topic: their website. It seems like it is configured oddly.I could only find the jacket directly through a Google search which then lead my directly to the jacket on their site. However, if I looked on their site under the category of 'Jackets & Outerwear' and clicked on 'Leather Jackets', it was nowhere to be found. However, if I searched for 'men's leather jacket' on their search in the site, then it would appear. Very odd but glad to have the product I ordered.

Lucky Brand is awesome

Lucky Brand is awesome. Sorry if you're slow and can't follow online instructions or grasp the concept that most every store has different pricing and sales depending on if you purchase in the store or on the website. And I'm sorry you can't fathom the policy of no receipt or no tag to scan will result in no exchange or refund because of all the knock-offs of this highly popular brand and they don't want to get stuck with the crap you bought off a truck because you love the brand but don't want to pay for it. And sorry if you don't understand that Lucky Brand isn't in control of UPS, USPS or FedEx delivery system and it's not their fault when things get lost or delivered late. But I'm not sorry about one thing - I'm glad you stopped shopping at Lucky Brand. I'd hate to be associated with people like you.
