Good policy for FEDEx-damaged item

I ordered a chair from Madison Seating, and they had delays with shipping. It did arrive yesterday, but the box was damaged, and a piece of the chair was broken. It seems FedEx didn't see all the large signs that said "FRAGILE".Thankfully, their support is replacing the chair at no additional cost to me. I'm appreciative of their quick response to this, and hopefully I'll get the replacement quickly since my back is killing me sitting on a step stool at my desk.

I ordered a Steelcase Leap V2 chair…

I ordered a Steelcase Leap V2 chair from Madison Seating on recommendation from my employer's ergo group since I'm now WFH. I contacted Madison Seating through email about two issues with the chair upon arrival, there have been delays on their responses due to Covid-19. (The seat won't raise or lower and the back has a crack.) They have sent me a link to a YouTube video and I've tried following the instructions to fix the cylinder but the video is not very clear. I do hope they create a new, more professional, clearer video to assist with this issue. It appears from reading other reviews that it is a common issue.I will be receiving a new chair and will update my review once I have a working chair. :)

Prompt customer service

Great customer service. I ordered a Steelcase Leap V2 chair from them because it had been recommended to me from a knowledgeable source. I contacted Madison Seating through email about two issues with the chair upon arrival, and they responded right away. (There was a problem with the seat lifting up and down and also a small crack.) I am receiving a whole new chair and I am very happy.

Great Chair, Price and Customer Service.

I purchased a Herman Miller Aeron chair from Madisonseating.com 5 years ago. The chair and warranty were good, and its price was even better.Two years later, a part of the chair had an issue, and I contacted its customer service. It resolved my issue promptly under warranty.That was why I bought another Herman Miller chair from MadisonSeating last month. I ordered a great chair at a great price, but unfortunately one of the screws was defective (so the chair's arm fell apart). Upon emailing the company, they immediately proposed shipping me a new chair. I really appreciate the quick resolution.

Personal touch in the midst of COVID-19

After a little mix-up with the billing info not allowing them to bill me, I got a phone call apologizing and ensuring the order would be going out with only a couple extra day delay. That personal touch of a person call was a nice touch. Suggestion for Madison Seating: provide the Tracking ID or an update on when we as customers can expect to get the tracking ID.

Good Service - Ordered Leap 2 chair with Leather and…

Ordered Leap 2 chair with Leather and wood floor castors. Leap 2 chair is very ergonomic and multi-adjustable. Price was very competitive. Chair arrived early, even during this Corona-Virus pandemic. There was some damage to the chair (due to shipping and handling), however, Madison Seating resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

i ordered a Steelcase Leap v2 chair. It arrived earlier than the quoted 10-14 business days, which was great. Though each piece was packaged well, one of the levers was broken. Support was responsive about getting another chair sent out. I haven't received it yet, but am looking forward to it. It's a great price for a great chair.

Knoll Office Chair - exactly what I wanted, great back support in a chair that will last a long time. I had a little problem with the hydraulic up/down feature which may have been damaged while shipping.
