Melia in London is fantastic

Melia in London is fantastic. Really convenient place to stay. I have had nights out in London and we have all met at the Melia-you can have a lovely breakfast the next day. Its not expensive and you can get a loyalty card-its a point system and you can use it abroad. I have stayed at Melia hotels in Spain.

Fabulous Stay

Melia Whitehouse in London near to Euston is excellent. Really good atmosphere, bedrooms are luxurious, breakfast in the executive area is fabulous, menu is great.

Melia Berlin great hotel

Checked in to Melia Berlin for a long weekend and we had a great experience. Excellent friendly staff and “The Level” upgrade was worth every penny. Beds are good and rooms are kept very clean and up to date. Great location in Berlin. Melia, we will look out for you in other cities and will definitely be back.

Melia Palma BayWe had a great experience. A modern hotel with excellent friendly staff , always willing to assist. Food was very good and rooms kept very clean and up to date. Only slight disappointment is the poolside - not enough sun loungers and they are very uncomfortable. Otherwise brilliant stay and we will be back

I am at this time in the melia Salinas…Dissapointed

I am at this time in the melia Salinas lanzarote. Earlier this year I stayed at the melia 5*cape verdi. Unfortunately Salinas does not come up to the same standard. Having to cross a busy road with suite cases then dragging them up the external stairs with health problems, then requsted to pay a €50 deposit, then left to find room without assistance This is a completely different experience from Cape Verdi. Then to be told it had lost its 5* by another guest but not aware before I arrived.

Melia Llana Cape Verde

Outstanding clean rooms and grounds, very well laid out catering for everybody's needs. The staff were excellent, read some not so great reviews on here about other hotels but I can say this one is definitely one I would recommend! Will definitely be coming back here, thank you for a great holiday!

After a terrible afternoon when a third party travel agent cancelled my holiday - my faith in humanity was restored when Frank on the booking line really efficiently helped me secure a booking direct with the hotel and held it while i booked flights. he was so calm and friendly. we are very excited for next week in the Melia hotel.

The hotel has bed bugs

The hotel has bed bugs, when you ask to change rooms front desk says they are mosquitos bites and you stay in the same room. If you use laundry services make sure you do it wit 48 hours in advance, they are not reliable and they will charge you the laundry fee even if they give you your clothes wet. Front desk will not waive the fee because there is no management available. Make sure you have plenty of water bottles when you take a shower since you can run out of water in the middle if the shower and it make take them an hour to come back. Make sure you have download movies on your phone e because you can stay without TV for a day or two. Reservations for their restaurants are very difficult to make since they are always full.

We booked Sol Cala D'or Apartments Melia in Mallorca. There was a family emergency, so regrettably, we had to cancel. My go to hotel in London

I have used their hotels in London and Manchester for several years now and have always found the staff very friendly and the hotels excellent. The only issue I have is that on the odd occasion I have tried to call them, it is very hard to get through.

There are many different hotels and companies within Melia (Tryp, Sol, Innside ...). There is everything, good, bad and regular. I advise to review the opinions of each hotel separately. When I have stayed I have not had many complaints, although some hotels need a remodel.
