Run from Roanoke MetroPCS!!!!!

To the whole Roanoke crew at MetroPCS you ought be ashamed and fired and then all your phones disconnected.for the way I was treated during a world pandemic. Not only was the girl Jackie blue eyes long black hairextremely rude in a smartass caddy no interest in even acknowledging me but charged me 16$ to activate a phone that she knew would not activate and sent me on my way then closed off my service on a Friday and cause me to lose a week's worth of wages and when I returned to confront the issue she could not have been Ruder laughed at me said it wasn't her fault wouldn't let me talk to a manager wouldn't give me an explanation wouldn't give me my money back wouldn't do anything but be extremely rude if you keep her in your employment you won't have a service cuz I'm taking everybody that I can tell about Metro with me I have since gone to another service she should be ashamed of herself as your whole crew shirt Roanoke time to clean house shut iit down .

I was having problems with my phone

I was having problems with my phone. I went into the metro on Bellevue and Prince and had the best experience. Customer service seems to be a lost art but Kevin went above and beyond. He was a bit busy as he had 3 customers come in at one time. He acknowledged each of us and went about helping us calmly and efficiently. When it was my turn he explained to me what caused my phone to freeze and told me how to prevent it from happening again. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, along withcourteous. Thanks, Kevin.

Today i am very upset with Metro

Today i am very upset with Metro! I think you guys actually glitch the system when customers are trying to pay bill. I however, needed an extension!!!! I am out of work and needed my phone services on. I didnt have 60 dollars to waste on a phone bill!!!! BACK TO THE GLITCH... screen kept glitching when trying to get extension and i could not read it.... Also it kept saying extension unavailable... So i went ahead and paid only for the screen to show the same plan one gb lower for 15 dollars!!!! Now nobody available to take my call. You people know what youre doing and its bull rap

Just too good too be true

Update: Since the merge with Sprint is complete, my service has improved greatly!Just too good too be true! Changed to Metro a month ago and was very pleased with phone & plan. Then the virus hit and my service quality tanked. Sometimes I can't even make a call. T-Mobile's best signal goes to post paid customers and prepay get the scraps. On the weekend I can't get anything to work like text, talk & data. The system is too overloaded. Will take my phone back to the previous carrier at the end of my bill cycle. Don't have a landline and need reliable service.

I've been a customer of Metro PCS for about 12 years or so. My local store is fantastic and Sunny at my location is on point! Personal, kind, knowledgeable, professional, and goes above and beyond. Customer Service over the years has been stellar about 90% of the time, I consider that successful!

I love their service and price..

I love their service and price... I've been with metro for almost 10 years now however their customer service reps are almost always completely useless and now they make it a complete hassle to switch phones if you have broken your old one and cant receive their stupid text MSG to verify your account... and now they seem to not offer any sort of way to turn that text verification off which i would very much like to be able to get rid of

I am very happy today because of this rep name Kelly. It was 11:30am = 11:45 am where she is. She went over and beyond her call of duty to assist me on this call. I was at first a bit out rate but being the professional that she is she handled it and me like a champion. I must give her customer kudos. She not only handled my first request and then assistant me with another issue. She provided me with excellent service. I must say she should get a raise because she is truly worth it. I have a phone from metro PC's, I get the highest plan that they have, I want to say good things about them but the truth is they have numerous problems, number 1 for me is I get alot of dropped call's, they don't have enough cell phone tower's, the location I live in is a huge dead spot and I don't have a Wi-Fi box, so I can't hook up to Wi-Fi to download anything, it takes sometimes up to 3 hours to download a small app, view anything on u tube music, or any viewing of anything for that matter, and when I go to customer service to get a explanation of why I can't get a signal I get told you have to be right next to a Wi-Fi box and you have to purchase that, I don't want or need a Wi-Fi box, and since I pay for internet, and all the extra perks of their plan, I believe I should be able to access the internet when I want, or view my videos on YouTube music when I want without having it refresh every 2 seconds, or take absolutely a tremendous amount of time to visit a website, I understand all this depends on how much internet traffic there is, and the peak time of day, but I don't even try to do anything with the internet in the evening, I can't view my records from the VA because it takes so long to even reach the website, now I don't know if there's anything they can do about some of the things I've complained about, but I believe there's alot they can do to fix problems with they're company and improve in alot of area's, all this is of course my opinion, but I think metro PC's would have a little bit more followers if they improve, I think T-Mobile should be in this also since they own metro PC's.
