Don't lie to me
Monki is a great website for good and not too expensive fashion. My orders always arrive fast and their costumer service is very kind. You need to pay attention to the prices, because their "discounted" prices show higher prices than when they're not discounted. I've ordered a sweater for €25 and when it was discounted a few weeks later, it was stated that the original price was €30. Lie.

I love Monki
I have bought a lot of things from Monki the past years, both online and in different stores and I am extremely happy with their service. I had complications two times (which is not a lot considering how much I have bought from them), and both times I contacted them and ended up feeling really good about how they helped me and "fixed" whatever went wrong. I do not get how they have so many "bad" reviews. I'll always shop with them.

Order number 802454550First time shopping with Monki, as I had wrongly assumed it was a fast fashion brand. I found the service to be prompt, efficient and helpful, keeping me very well informed every step of the way until I received the order. The clothing itself was just as the pictures showed, fit true to size and is of excellent quality. I'm very pleasantly surprised and I will certainly be back for more.

Stick to In-store shopping!
It actually really upsets me to have to give a 3-star rating. Monki is a great brand, fantastic quality items with a decent ethical policy, all for reasonable prices. But I ordered online for the first time and the service was just ridiculous. Stick to in-store shopping.

I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the customer service team was at Monki. I purchased many items over many years and I'm usually happy with the quality of the products, especially the "basic" tees and long sleeve tops. I however had a knitted jumper dress that I got in September and worn and washed twice and it frayed badly, also had a pair of boots that was unused as I haven't had the chance to wear it anywhere during lockdown. I contacted the customer service via email if I will be able to return these as I didn't have the returns note anymore and whether the jumper dress can be classified as faulty. A day later I received a phone call from a super friendly lady and they agreed to the return and sent me a replacement returns note. Royal Mail wasn't able to locate my parcel at some point so I had to contact Monki again to ask if they will still able to refund me and claim the price back from Royal Mail. I again received a phone call with a quick turnaround and been told not to worry. Couple of days later they received my return and the refund has been processed as promised. Very happy and Thank you for the lovely lady whom I've been speaking to on the phone :-) Would highly recommend

Won an angry customer back!
Customer service did have a long wait time. Monki def need more staff & a new courier service, I will not argue that. I complained to Monki about a lost parcel & as it was my first purchase from them I was really disappointed with the service. However, they gave me a full refund within a week & discount for my next purchase, which I think is a fair & quick response. The girl I spoke to on the phone was really helpful. I will be giving them another chance in the new year.

Brilliant customer service
I've literally just come off the phone to them regarding my return that has taken forever to process (actual time, 3 weeks). They have noted on the website that returns are taking a little longer than usual to process but I thought i'd call them anyway to see if they could tell me anything more. After giving my order number they apologised for the delay and advised that the return will be processed today and I will receive my refund in 3-5 working days. No muss, no fuss. I am now at ease. I was on the phone for less than a minute. Yes, the returns are a ballache but the customer service was excellent.
