Great customer service experience
I have never had a bad experience with Sams Beauty but I felt the need to submit a review today because of the wonderful experience I just had. I placed an order Friday evening but then realized I ordered the wrong hair color. I sent an email, and a message to their Facebook and Instagram page asking if I could change the color. I didn’t expect to hear anything over the weekend but made sure I hopped on their website first thing Monday morning to take advantage of the chat feature they advertise. To my surprise, the chat was available. I was able to speak to a representative who made the update to my order and sent me a new confirmation email. Shortly after that I received responses to my instagram and facebook messages. With all of the bad reviews on here about their customer service, I was truly surprised but happy that my experience was great.

I’ve read a lot of negative reviews (which probably are true) but my experience was actually pretty good. I ordered my braiding hair on a Monday evening and it shipped that Wednesday and was delivered on that Friday, ALL with standard shipping. I received exactly what I ordered, no complaints.

Amazing prices!
I’ve been ordering from Sams Beauty for about 3-4 years now and I’ve never had an issue with them. I will however say shipping can be faster and it does take maybe up to two weeks to receive your order. But honestly I would rather wait since one wig from there is literally almost 30-40% price difference than at your local hair shop.

So I order hair on the12th thinking it would be shipped to me buy the 23rd, I’ll be overly mad if I have to still go buy hair from the store if I don’t get my hair in time I don’t understand why the processing process has to take over a week that’s crazy.

I never had a problem with Sam's. I'm continuing customer of this company and I will keep giving them my business. I've ordered from other companies, like Ebonyline, and would receive my orders in 2-3 weeks. I always get my Sam's orders within one week. The company is reasonably priced, which I love. Good company, but shipping is very slow
The quantity and quality of the products are great. But the shipping is horrible. It takes a week for my order to be processed and actually shipped. But it doesn't take a day for me to be charged and the funds taken out of my account. It's a great company overall with a lot of different beauty items. The shipping issues need to be changed

I love Sams. I've been ordering from them for a few years. I can't speak for customer service because I haven't needed to call because my orders are correct 100% of the time. They ship pretty fast so if I order on weekends I get my order within the same week. Be sure to get yourself on their email list for promotions and deals. I highly recommend them if you're on a budget.

I have to say that my experience with samsbeauty.com was amazing. The wig I ordered came with in 3 days. I called the next day to see if my order was shipped and it was. My items were great and I love that you can call and actually speak to a live person on the phone. I can't wait to order my next unit.

They're Not Bad At All
Im sorry that all others had a bad experiences with sambeauty but i have never had a issue with them when i have a problem they would let me know if they can help me or not but never gave me a bad attitude customer is so pleasant but my only issue is that i wish they would include some kind of gift without asking especially when you ordering constantly i order from them every two weeks and i can honestly say they are very prompt with order. Lol i just wish they would include a extra unit in there for me bc i just don't buy one i buys 6 or 8 units ijs sambeauty but you're guys are awesome to me !!!

I was so afraid to make a purchase from…
I was so afraid to make a purchase from Sam's Beauty after reading so many negative reviews, but they had a couple of items that I wanted and so I took a chance and I'm glad that I did. I placed my order on a Friday and my order was processed on Saturday and shipped out on Monday and I got my tracking number the same day and my order will be here on Wednesday. I'm so happy that I decided to shop here.

I gave 3 stars cause I haven't placed an order as of yet and there are a few products I'm interested in purchasing on your website. I will say this beforehand I'm a consumer whom ALWAYS CHECK REVIEWS prior to purchases especially if I'm not familiar with the website I've also never had any product issues except 1 and the company promptly refunded my money and allowed me to keep the product which I had to throw in the trash. After looking at your reviews it's the same issue poor customer service and consumer refunds. So I've decided I'm going to place an order with you guys and if I experience a legitimate issue with the product and need a refund for any issues on your end I'll definitely seek legal action but I'm hopeful to have a pleasant experience and become a continuous consumer.
