I had originally ordered a couple…

I had originally ordered a couple reflective masks and had trouble receiving what I originally ordered... Had me frustrated cause they where wrong and they sent a note saying it was intentional cause they didn't have what I ordered in stock... It was frusterating trying to get ahold of someone but with the help of Trust Pilot I got a call from Michael from customer service... He told me he wanted to fix the situation for me... I never recieved a notification of a tracking number or nothing like I'd assume... But I checked my mail today and I had a package... Although they wasn't the exact exact one's I ordered the fact he had them put a plain black and then a reflective one I originally wanted and then another free one... So after a little frusteration and anger... I ended up pleased... I understand the situation with the times is making it hard on everyone... We ALL need to have a little more patience and understanding... I appreciate Michael for what he did and how fast everything worked out after we talked... Told ya I would come give you a positive review just like you promised to rectify the situation... Thank you...

1st and Last

I would give 0 Stars if possible. I placed my order 1st week of April and finally received my order the 2nd week of May. 4 of the 5 masks I ordered were incorrect. Thanks for the card saying you substituted all but 1 design for my "IMMEDIATE" safety/delivery, Almost 6 weeks later. My guess is they are getting rid of inventory that doesn't sell. Its the only logical explanation. 1st time consumer, last time consumer. Just bad business.Edited 5/18/2020.Just received a call saying they are going to refund my shipping charges and re-ship my original order correctly within the next week. Good job on making things right. Stay safe.

I am a man of my word and I stand by what I said!

I wrote multiple reviews with 1 star ratings detailing the events of my attempt to get my products. Many other people have done the same. I am a real person who lives in New England in an area hit very hard by the Covid-19 pandemic. You can do the math on where in New England I am but its going to be some time before things open and a mask is required to enter any open location. I said that I would offer a public apology if someone actually followed through and called me and explained what was happening and why this has been so delayed.Well friends, I did get that call. I spoke to someone who explained the situation and did not offer excuses. He said the order would be packed and I would be contacted again with tracking information and they would get the order out. So there you have it, I apologize to SA Company. The person I spoke with sounded genuine, perhaps a bit overwhelmed since the background noise suggested he was in a packaging facility. I have worked a line and I know what that sounds like. It sounds to me like they are simply overtaken by the flood of requests and they are trying to fill orders as accurately as possible which is what may be causing the delay. But, from someone who had posted a one star review and convinced that this was a scam.. I am confident that I was wrong and that they are just trying to get through the orders they have received and I will receive the order I placed and paid for.

Pleasantly surprised

So this was my first time ever ordering from SA company and I understand that with everything that's been going on at the moment, shipping has been delayed, but when I finally got my order I had a hoodie that was "substituted," along with one face shield that was also substituted. I wasn't really worried about the face shield as much as I was the hoodie and after seeing poor reviews about people getting incorrect orders and not being able to reach customer service I got nervous and I wasn't sure if I would be able to get the original hoodie that I ordered. It took a long time to get through to someone on the live chat (about 3 hours-left the chat logged in on my computer and went about my day checking in every so often to see where I was at in the queue) and there were maybe 50+ people ahead of me, but when I finally got through I was told that a new order would be placed for the original hoodie that I asked for, and I was able to pick out a new face shield design as the original one I had ordered was no longer in stock. When I asked if I should send the substitution hoodie back I was told that I could keep it for my troubles. Only complaint I have is how long it took to get through to somebody but other than that, the rest of my service exceeded my expectations.
