Don't be scared of the reviews!

For those scared of these reviews, you don't have to be! I ordered a chair at the end of April and it wasn't supposed to even be in stock until May 16th, but it was delivered to by door (5 min early!) by May 9th! Great chair and the customer service to arrange delivery was fantastic. I really do feel for these people writing the bad reviews but I think a lot of the problems have to due with the pandemic. Structube is likely very short staffed and has a hard time arranging some sort of process. We all have to remember that these times are very hard on companies. I think in the next few months these reviews will change. I will definitely order again!

I can't believe the amount of bad…

I can't believe the amount of bad reviews for Structube customer service. Someone should report it to a business bureau or something. I bought the Colby couch on Kijiji and it's amazing! Durable and so comfortable. Why do you guys keep buying online from them with all of these horrific reviews? That is why I searched Kijiji. Stay away from online Structube!!!

So you have to assemble the furniture

So you have to assemble the furniture yourself. Did not know that. We paid a lot of money for our items and we had to PUT THEM TOGETHER OURSELVES. I’m a little too old for IKEA-style furniture.

I never leave reviews, but I had such a great customer service experience with one of their agents today, by the name of Chris that I wanted to leave a positive review.I had been trying to place an order with a family members card, with the intent of having the order delivered to my home address, which is different than the billing address of the card I was using, and my purchase was declined a few days ago.I just learned of that today, and had been expecting to have my order delivered to me on January 11, which is only 5 days from now.Chris helped me through the order process..VERY patiently I have to add, and when I called back a few hours later to check if my payment had been processed and if I could schedule my delivery, I reached the same agent, and Chris remembered me and immediately offered to schedule me for Saturday, without me even needing to remind him of the date I had originally wanted.I was just so impressed. I have no idea how many customers they talk to in a day, but with about a hundred stores it must be quite a lot. I am very impressed he, and maybe all of them are able to remember individual customers and what they had called for hours before.Next time I order, if I need to call in I hope I can speak to Chris again. He was highly helpful. I hope Structube know! :)

pleasant surprise

I was nervous about my order since there are a lot of bad reviews on here. Luckily I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered something that was out of stock, and it actually arrived a month earlier than I expected, which was great! I had seen the sofa before, so it was exactly as I expected. Well packaged and beautiful. The delivery guys were really nice and efficient as well.

I ordered a chair a full month ago. It has been back in stock twice, but they still haven’t shipped mine yet. I’m giving them a 3 because I like my duvet set I was able to purchase in store, and based on the floor model I know my chair will be great once (if) I get it.
