I purchased a Tissot Seastar and the customer service was fantastic. I was contacted straight away by email when I emailed them. The delivery was excellent and extremely quick. I collect watches and will definitely use them again. The covid19 lock down is on and I still had a quick and easy time with my order.Fantastic....

Wonderful buying experience
Bought a Rolex GMT from Bullring store; couldn’t be happier. Excellent service by attentive staff. The chap who served me knew his watches.Returned sometime later to buy my wife a ‘push present’: Cartier Tank. Once again staff were excellent. Experience even better due to their new watch boutique room: easier to view watches in an environment conducive to a considered purchase. Lady who service my wife and I was kind and considerate: even more so considering my wife’s condition.My wife is very happy with both the beautiful watch and exemplary buying experience. I shall be purchasing from them again.

Long wait to be served
Went into store to buy a bracelet I saw on line. I had to wait around 10 mins to be served as there wasn't enough staff in store. I did buy the bracelet and happy with purchase.

Leah was patient and helpful at intu Derby.
Visited the Derby INTU store on Friday morning, staff welcome was very good. We were viewing certain watches Tag Heuer mainly, the staff very helpful and knowledgeable, also offering us a coffee. But we left without making a purchase.Later in the day after visiting all other jewellers in INTU we returned to Goldsmiths again, Leah again welcoming remembered us from before and witch watches in particular we viewed and that it was our 25 anniversary I had changed my mind preferring a Tudor Black Bay witch Leah gave me accurate advice on, and coffee!, and we made the purchase there and then. We left feeling happy with the way we were dealt with. Many thanks Leah.

It was such a pleasure, the gentleman who served me ( peter) was so knowledgable , I didn't purchase anything but the only reason was I'm undecided between 2 watches , but I will return once I decide .

Lakeside Thurrock
I recently bought a Rolex submariner after being on the waiting list for a while. The young lady who served me, Alexandra, from the Lakeside Thurrock branch, she was fantastic. To be honest we’ve been liaising for quite sometime and she was so pleasant, cool and just provided an all round great experience. She sorted my watch out, made sure I was happy with the fit, she made effort with my little daughter, her colleagues made so much effort too - Nell and Danielle, I couldn’t fault any of them. Definitely keeping in touch and that will be my branch for years to come. X

I am writing a review about Goldsmiths in Meadowhall (upstairs branch). Upon entering with my wife we were greeted by the friendly and attentive Sophie. A real credit to the branch. She helped us choose a beautiful platinum diamond ring for my wife to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The size wasn’t in stock but from leaving the store at 3.00pm on Sunday, the ring arrived at our home for 1.00pm the next day. The delivery service was via DPD and the courier provided a 1 hour timed delivery slot which you could live track on a map via the website. Great service, lovely ring and efficient delivery.

Credit were service is due
There are far to many bad reviews for Goldsmiths and not enough for praise that's due.I would like to give a personal thank you to Jo-anne and Julie who deal with servicing at the Goldsmiths at the Metro Centre. I have just received my Rolex back from a service at the Rolex Service Center (RSC) in Kent.Goldsmiths were very good from taking the watch in as an Authorised Dealer of Rolex (AD), sending it away fully insured to the RSC in kent.. After a few weeks i was contacted by Julie and Jo-anne to let me know what Rolex recommended for the service. They asked what i wanted replaced and what i wanted reconditioning. They were very professional and polite on the phone explaining what needed doing to the watch. The list was quite considerable as Rolex like to bring a watch back to an as new standard, but you send it to the best you expect the best n return . The service is superb the watch looks brand new the quality of workmanship is second to none. With new sapphire , crown, bezel, bezel insert and a professional refinish to the case , it now has the best champers to be seen on a Rolex it is superbOn receiving my watch i was contacted straight awy to let me know the watch was ready for collection. On collection had 2 gripes not with Goldsmiths but with Rolex, i did not have an invoice for the work, this is very poor and Rolex had kept my original bezel which i had explicitly asked to be returned. Julie and Jo-anne got straight on the case and have sourced my original bezel at Rolex which i will be recieving in the new year when the RSC reopens and are getting me an invoice so i can see what i paid for the service bezel etc All i can give is praise for there swift response in settling my grievance-- well done to both and if my Rolex's need a service in the future i will be bringing them into the Metro Center.
