I just had the BEST interaction with Dermstore's customer service! But first, I want to say I was incredibly happy with the products I ordered and with the shipping times and communication. I ended up not needing one of the products (because the other worked so well!), but there was an issue in creating my return label. When I reached out to their customer service team via chat, they were so helpful and generous. I feel like Trish F., the agent I worked with, went above and beyond to solve my issue. I will definitely be buying from Dermstore again!

Great Experience
I actually don’t understand all the negative reviews. I just made my very first purchase with Dermstore and was extremely pleased with the whole process. All the items I ordered arrived faster than I expected. I think during these times dealing with Covid-19 we have to understand that online orders may take a little longer than expected but my purchase through Dermstore arrived pretty fast. I strongly recommend them for your beauty needs and do think people need to be mindful of the fact that our orders may not arrive as soon as we want them due to the pandemic that is causing issues and delays everywhere. That being said, my purchase arrived and I am very happy I was able to get all my beauty needs without having to leave my house.

I’m not sure who actually writes these reviews but I’ve used Dermstore for years. Never had one problem. And now that it is near Xmas, I was afraid my order wouldn’t be here on time, my fault, but it got here with free standard delivery today, in three days, one day of which was the weekend. So they are as reliable for me as always.

Im seeing a bunch of bad reviews
Im seeing a bunch of bad reviews, if I had seen these prior to purchase, i probably wouldn't have ordered from them. But,I didn't. So thought I'd throw my experience in. Ordered a bunch of items that honestly were cheaper than Amazon on cyber Monday, recieved them today so very fast shipping. Only problem I had was 1 item was missing. I immediately called and an actual American answered, was a relief I could understand her. She was nice, professional and took care of my concern no questions asked. was nice to not be called a liar or assume im making it up to get a free item which was one of the more expensive items in my order. 3 min later she placed the order and its on its way. great customer service and the items received were very nice. Thanks dermastore. Wish I remembered the ladies name but I just got off the phone with her.

Since publishing this review, Dermstore has reached out so I am updating my review to a higher star rating. Still disappointed in my initial experience, but glad that they have responded.Here is the original review:I purchased Julien Farel Haircare Vitamin Conditioner and shampoo back in June. When I started using it, I thought that it was a little thin, and that it wasn't how I remembered it from a trial tube that I had used at a hotel. But it had been a while, so thought maybe I had forgotten, and just started using bigger and bigger handfuls of the conditioner.I just got out the "trial tube" from the hotel and, low and behold, it was creamy and rich, as I remembered it, and I only needed a little to get the job done. I am wondering if it was possible that the container you sent was old or in some way compromised? It takes about 4 times as much to do the same job as the original tube that I had. I know that Julien Farel is a quality brand, and am disappointed in the way the conditioner received from you worked. The shampoo seemed fine, but wanted to let you know about the conditioner and see if there are steps you can take.I have both sent an email to Dermstore and contacted customer service about this issue but have not received a reply or reason that this conditioner would have been defective.

Ordered from Dermstore ONLY cause they had everything i wanted all on one website including the Eminence line that they're authorized to sell. (TONS of fake products on amazon) I knew of these reviews, but took the chance cause the alternative would've been ordering from 3 different website. My order came in less than 3 days. Crazy fast. My mom has ordered from there and says she never had any complaints. For reference Im from Seattle my order was around $80 w/ 4 items (dermstore HQ is in CA I believe) With soooo many shipping complaints I wonder if getting to certain parts of the US are more difficult than others? Idk, Just wanted to say I didn't have any problems. Unpopular Idea: Search some of your go-to trusted companies on here. I would say 80% have AWFUL reviews. When reading reviews--take it with a grain of salt.

Vanity Planet is a new beauty website with a catchy name. I get the feeling that they haven't gotten on their feet yet, and when they do, they have much to learn. I say this because :> They have very few items from which to choose> I did place an order with them, if I hadn't seen this survey I would not have remembered! Thats how long it's been.Now I must call them (ugh) and see what happened to my order, for which I'm sure my Amex has been charged.OH! Also, it is purely a website to go to on special occasions, because it is very pricey, with no (since it's been 2 weeks at least and I must call them,) customer service to back-up the pricy, few items available. Their star (a cleanser I have yet to try) is usually sold out....thats something you hardly see. Use Dermstore, they have all the best brands, and a great point system that will have you buying Avene for your sensitive skin, for free in no time!

I received my skincare products about 7 days after I ordered them. They said I would receive an email with my tracking link within 48 hours but I did not receive one for about 4-5 days. All of the items I ordered were there and I did like the free shipping that was nice! I receive emails from them a lot about new deals and coupons every day.

Customer Comes First!
Excellent stock, prices, promos, shipping. I just received an order in two shipments. Placed it with debit card I subsequently had to cancel because of fraud. I received the first shipment, and the second today. And a nice email indicating that Dermstore shipped the second part of my order even though the debit card I used was invalid by the time it shipped. I was asked to call with my new debit card number. No other online store would do that. Impressive!

I shopped several times at Dermstore and overall the shopping experience was very pleasant. I like the free shipping offer for each order which gives more degrees of freedom. Return is very easy. A free shipping label would be provided if store credit is chosen as the way of refund. Free samples are given generously. They only complaint is that sometimes the free samples are already beyond the expiration date.

After reading a few of the negative reviews, on this site, I was skeptical about ordering from Dermstore. Less than a week ago, my desire for a Harry Josh blow dryer won out. Plus, the sale price was unbeatable. Ordering on the site was easy. I had a few additional questions, which an online rep answered promptly and couteously. I felt confident enough to order the defuser 2 days later. My dryer arrived within 4 days of ordering, zero shipping charge...I am dazzled by the dryer, it works beautifully. The difuser arrived the next day...love it. I will order from Dermstore in the future, the merchandise price and service was exceptional
