Pretty To Look At

I ordered the Versilla wall mounted electric fire from Housing Units, I thought the delivery charge of £50.00was extortionate, the fire was delivered on time and the delivery driver was very helpful.The fire is very pretty and looks amazing in my living room, however I rarely have it switched on as it is so very noisy we can’t watch the television and have the fire on. No really wouldn’t recommend

Couldn't fault the excellent service

After reading some of the negative views on here (and feeling some were unjustified) I felt the need to write my own review after having had an excellent shopping experience at Housing Units. All staff I dealt with were extremely obliging, friendly and went above and beyond to give details about the items I was interested in, offering to measure them for me and find out all the dimensions from the spec. sheet. They were welcoming, polite and helpful making a stressful day of finding the right items enjoyable. When I had to cancel one of the items soon after ordering (due to the unit being possibly a little too tight to fit in comfortably along one wall) there was no problem at all. Managers are well trained and well familiarised with the items they sell, many having been to the factory to see them in production so they know their products thoroughly. After shopping at another well known department store for years which has sadly gone downhill on their customer service level, I would have no hesitation in recommending Housing Units who are also very competitive on price and will match a genuine quote as they did for me. It is up to customers to get their sizings correct and not the drivers who deliver - I would have been to blame, not the store or drivers if I had gone ahead with the original cabinet I chose so instead opted for a smaller size. The service was so good that I have now ordered several more items of furniture and carpets, etc.

Simply the best!

HU of H has always been good, for us anyway. Staff are always polite and friendly and their merchandise of the best quality.A restaurant and a cafe to choose from, gives a good choice of refreshing food and drink. Apart from all that you have the courtesy of 'Norman' the doorman with his welcome and umbrella if necessary.
