5 Star Service

I felt compelled to leave this review as it's been a while since I received such a high level of customer service. I needed to return an item of clothing for my wife that was the wrong size, and nothing was too much trouble. Responses were swift and helpful, and they even gave me my original 10% discount so I could purchase the item again for the same price.

Faultless online shopping

What a professional, efficient company! I ordered 2 separate items last week - one at 5.30pm and one around midday - both arrived the next morning! Excellent packaging and folded as though bought in the shop, complete with tissue layers. The quality of the garments is excellent, what you get is exactly what is advertised.I cannot praise their online shopping enough. Other companies should take a leaf from their book ~ House of Fraser order ( same time as 2nd order) still has not arrived after 5 days! I will be buying more

Keep it up Mint Velvet

Can’t fault Mint Velvet. Tend to shop with them mainly at sale time but buy a lot then. All my orders have turned up the next day, refunds are prompt. Have had some lovely things in the sale both now and last summer. On the rare occasion I have had to contact customer services they have been super helpful and pleasant. I do think many other retailers could learn from them. One small aside though - what has happened to quality of the leggings? They used to be fabulously thick and good quality - this winter’s version have been so thin and disappointing - please revert back to the original!

Excellent online shopping and delivery

I've been shopping at Mint Velvet for years: wearable designs and good quality. The service in their shops is excellent. During the pandemic, I've been shopping online. Fast delivery, beautifully packaged and an easy, reliable returns service. If only all my online shopping was as easy as this! Only small grumbles: no product reviews are allowed on their website, so I can't get an idea of how other customers found their products. Also, their app is closing. The app was brilliant and it had a really useful wishlist function.

I am a big fan of Mint Velvet

I am a big fan of Mint Velvet, both products and company. Recently had several orders for knitwear. all delivered promptly, beautifully packaged, and great communications and updates.Sadly as I've learnt with MV their sizing is not always right so ordered two sizes in a couple of things. I'd usually be a L size but kept a M in one choice as the L was too big. Great knitwear though lovely quality and I kept all three orders only returning the two other sizes.Returns easy to do, processed and posted back and I've already received the first refund yesterday.Online shopping experience at its best - you can always buy with confidence. Poor quality: Cream Bow Tie Sleeve…

I bought the Cream Bow Tie Sleeve Jumper Original price £99, sale price £59. Ordered one day & received the next which was fantastic. I have now worn it for a day and am really disappointed with the quality, It has already started to pile. Not something I would expect from such an expensive jumper. Such a shame, I’ve never had a problem before, I will definitely think twice now before buying Mint Velvet knitwear again.

Good quality clothes

I only found Mint Velvet this year, but in my opinion one of the best clothing brands out there. The quality is outstanding, the clothing keeps really good (I am one of those people that washes their clothes after one wear) and they still look brand new. They also do sales regularly which is great!

Quality designer wear

I've been buying MV clothes for quite a few years and their quality has never failed me. I have never bought their footwear as I am a half size, so I cannot vouch for that. Such a pleasure to shop both in-store and online. Especially like to use click 'n collect so I can try on in the store and change whatever doesn't fit or suit me. Staff are always helpful and polite. Deliveries have always been swift, and the packaging is beautiful.

Bought a knit dress Sunday afternoon and it arrived first thing Monday morning. The dress is super high quality and just so flattering, I can’t wait for something (anything!) to open so I can wear it ;)The fit is very flattering and I would buy from Mint Velvet again

Couldn't be happier with the help from the customer services team.

I have the same issue as some other reviews. I have bought MV jeans for many years. Alway been very happy with the quality & fit. The last two pairs I purchased quite frankly could have come from the discount section of a supermarket chain! The quality of the material is poor and by the end of the first day of wearing, looked saggy like an old farmers jeans!Sorry Mint Velvet but I think you need to go back to the original quality if you are going to keep your customers. I certainly wont be buying anymore until this happens.Follow on review......Mint Velvet have acted positively and promptly regarding my issue with the jeans. I certainly would recommend dealing with their customer services team and the staff in their shop in Reigate Surrey. All I would ask is to revert back the original style of biker jeans, they were perfect and well worth the money. Since they have put a type of elastin in the jeans, they very quickly look baggy and out of shape... Please MV start making the original biker jeans again! x

I love Mint Velvet clothes and I am so…

I love Mint Velvet clothes and I am so pleased that they are a retailer that really makes an effort on their customer service. I have bought lots of clothes online and never have any hesitation because they deliver quickly and make returns easy which is brilliant, particularly during covid when it is so hard to get to the shops sometimes. What I particularly like about them is that they cater for all ages. I have been buying from them since my 20s and their clothes work just as well on on my mum who is over 70.
