I had to purchase a new battery, and have it installed at the Yuba City store today.A young man and his manager installed it..They went out of their way for me,and got it installed..They brought a chair over to my husband, who was squatting, as I sat in a chair that was already there..Just genuine guys,who gave a damn...Thank you so much,I was irritated about having to purchase a battery, but by the time we drove away,we had a smile on our faces,and appreciated such kind,caring customer service...That's how it suppose to turn out in the end..And those two guys,made sure of it.Thank you Sams Club,tire center, you have a excellent Manager..We came Saturday May 16th, around 4 ish...I didn't catch their names,i now wish I would've..I it

My sister and I went to the Roseville…

My sister and I went to the Roseville Michigan location today. We had put in our order on Wednesday the 11th for pick up today. My sister recieved her order e-mail today, EVERYTHING was out of stock. Well except for the coke, eggs,water, bread all out of stock.Lashonda, met us at the car, apologized for this BUT she went back in the store and paged her manager. Lashonda took care of us, was absolutely WONDERFUL and got us EVERYTHING we ordered! Lashonda went above and beyond to take care of us!! In a world where everyone seems to NOT CARE, Lashonda did! If I could give her a million stars I would, she is the real mvp!!!! Thank you sooo much Lashonda!!!

Excellent Service From Trinity, Bwk. GA

Hi, We're the Edwards and we just wanted to give a quick review on one of Sams employees who is excellent in providing customer service at the Brunswick, GA. location.We found out today, during our most recent visit to Sams, that her name is Trinity and she works in the cooked food area up front where the delicious pizza is served. Our last visit was about a month ago at the Brunswick, Ga. location as was today and it was at our last months visit when we noticed this exceptional sams employee. While waiting in a very long line of atleast 10 people, this young lady worked the line, cash register, cooking pizzas, cooking pretzels & the icecream machine, all at the same time like it was no stress at all. We were amazed at how she quickly accomplished these tasks with no help and was left speechless while trying to absorb what we were witnessing in front of our eyes, she was that good! This young lady showed her excellent customer service skills while working down the long line, she then began muti-tasking her cooking and preparation skills between the pizza, pretzels & icecream, then returned back to her register to cash out each customer...all with a genuine smile on her face. We often go through the line to pickup hot food on our way out but satisfactory customer service was always lacking from ALL other staff in the hot food area except from Trinity, she is definitely a keeper. It has been said to give honor where honor is due so we are doing just that. We encourage all of Sams employees to always go above and beyond, especially when dealing with customers face to face. Their attitudes and willingness to serve will speak volumes...Thank you,The Edwards

I'm so sorry

Let me just say I've been a Sam's member since 2003. That being said I've been curious about Costco for some time now. Well the hubs, myself and my daughter went today with a gift card that a friend got me. I honestly dont know what the hype is. The only interaction I had with a associate is coming in and going out. I feel like I spent more money. And coming out a lady almost hit my daughter and I because she wasnt paying attention. I actually had to bang on the back of her car to get her to stop. She got out to make sure there was no damage to her car. Are you freaking kidding lady? My review vfc is this. I've learned my lesson. I'll Never stay again. Sam's club.. my Family Loves you

Great Concept, Poorly Executed but Ultimately OK Result

I ordered the Langley Reversible Sectional Sofa with Storage, Fossil Gray from Sam's Club because of past successful mail-order and furniture purchases. To the extent that the item is quite nice, decently upholstered and once assembled a great size and a piece that provides fantastic storage in addition to firm and supportive seating, the ASSEMBLY process is ill-conceived and the hardware provided was substandard, specifically the screws for attaching the feet. Hollow, plastic cast feet come with the furniture (not wood) and while the quality (or lack thereof) is not suggestive of longevity and will easily break or crack at some point, it's the screws that came that were even more disappointing. While I can understand the savings realized by plastic feet instead of wood, I can't imagine the fractional improvement in margins that merits use of shallow philips-head wood screws. A handy philips-head key comes along but since there are no imbedded receptacles or pre-drilled holes for the feet/screws, the process is tough and your own screwdriver is a requirement to get the screws imbedded and the feet tight. The assembly process was irritatingly slow as a result, and my wrist ached for hours. Okay, no biggie in the scheme of things but, when every online furniture retailer (Wayfair, Target, IKEA, etc.) has managed to figure out how to efficiently fabricate furniture for assembly at home, I'm confused that Sam's Club products like this are SO poorly executed. The connecting plates for the arms and chaise to the body of the sofa are sturdy and already in place but their placement makes it really difficult to make the connections. And once made, the fit is not tight and pieces easily come un-done if you're trying to move the fully assembled piece without disconnecting again. Ultimately I'm the only one who'll ever move this piece of furniture and I'll know how to avoid the hassle I experienced when putting it together for the first time. The flexibility of the piece, with the chaise section being adaptable for either left or right side does loose it's allure, however, because I'm tellin' ya ... it's a two person job to get the chaise unit secured to the sofa, regardless of which side it's on. A few tips that the instructions included do not address: 1) get the chaise secured to the sofa before doing the sofa arm or back cushions to make the process easier; 2) get your own wood screws so your screwdriver isn't constantly popping out - you'll spare a LOT of frustration; 3) since there are no pre-drilled holes or imbedded receptacles it's tough-going to get your screws to find purchase with the underlying frame because of the upholstery fabric and underlayment you have to get through first. That's the other reason for better screws!You will end up with a nicely sized sectional that provides excellent storage and the trundle unit that pulls out instead of unfolding from beneath the sofa should stand the test of time. It's just the assembly process, instructions for it and materials provided hat could use some fine-tuning to improve the end product.

Club 4830 is a great place to be. The environment is full of people who go out of their way to assist members with their purchases. The member service desk offers swift returns and exceptional customer service. The aisles are always clean and shelves are always stocked with product. The cafe always has hot food ready to go and you can hear the excitement from the employees who work there. As a Plus member I enjoy the early shopping hours and the 2% cash back on all my purchases. Sams club always goes above and beyond the call of duty. I plan on being a member for a very long time. The best part of the club is the people who work there. They always make your shopping experience fantastic.

3 or 4 4 or 3?

I'm sort of torn between three and four stars for samsclub.com. All the people I've ever talked with at samsclub.com, have been very friendly and helpful. However their shipping time sucks! Even though it is free shipping for Plus members, the shipping time is terrible. Pricing is higher than amazon, walmart, target, and best buy so its not exactly my go to for shopping online. I DO do a lot of orders for my business on samsclub.com but NOT personal. The sams club app is NOT very user friendly. Updates and sales being emailed to me are sporadic at best.

I recently had an issue with a TV my husband purchased for Christmas 2017. When I tried to use file a claim through the warranty protection plan my husband purchased I had been told my TV was not covered. Apparently he was sold the incorrect protection plan. I called the location it was purchased( freehold nj) and spoke with the Manager Anthony. Anthony was very understanding and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond by replacing the tv for me. I cannot express my appreciation enough. Thank you Anthony and also Shannon for being so kind to me.

Wasting money

I usually enjoy shopping the Sam's Club in Bossier City. Recently their salads, fruits and vegetables have not been fresh. I brought a bag of the squash and zucchini mixed, I was going to cook it the next day and when I opened the package the top two were good the rest was molded. Their salads and spinach mixes are the same way to. These usually go bad after about 2 days. It seems that the truck is being unloaded too slow. This is not the first time for me. It's been several times. I go every week for these goods. It's seems as if they are trying to use these products for two weeks on one shipment.The goods are getting hot then cold again and producing a mess. Please help your customers save money again Sam's, this has gotten out of hand. You're causing many to waste their money and not save any.
