I was very very apprehensive about buying anything from this company after reading the reviews. But I went for it anyway and I am so glad I did, I bought a pair of Carvella heels and they are absolutely gorgeous! They were about half the price compared to other retailers which I thought must be too good to be true but I don't think that is the case. They arrived in about 4 days from ordering and they are all packaged carefully and in the correct box. Will definitely be ordering from them again.I know there are a lot of bad reviews on here but you are more likely to write a bad review about a company compared to a good one.....so go on....buy the shoes! :)

Can’t believe all the negative reviews

I am always looking for bargains on this site I have ordered and returned many items over the last few years and have never had a bad experience. The footwear is amazing and great value for money I don’t shop anywhere else. My experience with customer service has also been positive.I have also recommended the site to friends and family and there have been no issues there either so can’t understand all the bad reviews.Looking forward to my next purchase!!!

I was very scared to order after…

I was very scared to order after reading all the bad reviews, but i ordered anyway as the shoes i wanted were worth the risk. I bought heels from Aldo, original price £80 now down to £34. I ordered them with standard delivery (5-7 work days). My money got reserved on the bank but not taking off yet. The money was taking off my account at the moment my shoes got dispatched which is really good. My shoes just got delivered within time, despite the whole covid thing that is going on. My shoes were in a nice box, no damage to be seen to the box or shoes. I absolutely adore the shoes and they are exactly like on the photo. The only thing i want to mention is that i had the feeling that the hermes delivery guy wanted to leave my parcel outside in front on my door, while i live on a busy road, so it would have only been a matter of time for someone to pick this up if i wouldn't have been home. This is obviously not shoeaholics fault but they might should consider to switch to a different delivery method. Got no experience yet with returning items so cannot judge about this. Will be orderinf again.

Shoes galore !!!

I can’t tell you how many pairs of shoes I have purchased. I have never had a problem, delivery or refund wise . The only thing I would say is read product description sometimes they can be wide fitting . Any problems that have occurred where easily sorted out on live chat, as they don’t have contact numbers . Just looking on site now for my daughter to order ....

Ordered quite a few times from here. Nothing the matter the shoes are brilliant at a cheap price. Seriously if you are that concerned pay by Paypal. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and paid for next day delivery. Unfortunately due to the current situation they couldn't deliver until the following day and I got an automatic refund for the delivery charge. Would use this company again!

At first I was a little sceptical about ordering from here as some of the review were really bad, however, I had absolutely no problems with this company and love my new trainers!They were much cheaper than some of the other places I looked, deliver was quick and I was kept up to date throughout the process.Couldn’t be happier!

So after reading the other comments people had left I was abit nervous about my order. But I ordered some shoes Sunday and they have just arrived. Love the shoes and brilliant service also spoke to someone on Instagram about my order who was really helpful. Thank you . Would definitely recommended

Very happy with shoes I have kept but still awaiting refund for returned shoes after some time.UPDATE Despite providing proof of postage using their tracked Royal Mail returns service, they refused to refund me saying return had not been received. It was sent 17 March and in any case the returns contract was between them and Royal Mail. Eventually I opened a Paypal dispute. They quickly found in my favour and refunded me. Shoeaholics contacted me to advise they now wished to arrange a refund but I would need to withdraw my paypal dispute to enable this. Not likely!

Regular shopper

I am a regular shopper on this website as they sell good brands on the website for less. There are frequent additional discount codes making it better value. I have mistakenly ordered the same shoe twice (as my screen or internet refreshed the page) so when I messaged customer service, they were able to cancel it for me and refund the cancelled order). I really like how they charge for delivery but includes free returns which makes it handy when I do a big order otherwise, I tend to keep the shoes.
