Perfect "White Goods" purchase.
I ordered a chest freezer and the whole process was just perfect.Delivered into my home 3 days layer by excellent "Arrow XL" delivery company. 2 man delivery.I was concerned to see one guy carry it down our rough lane on his back though, but they were good guys.So for "White Goods" this was perfect service for me.

Writing reviews is the only way to get a response from Very, so here is another.
Very customer support have said that the item will be refunded when it is processed for returns (after weeks of waiting). Fair enough, right?Returns parcel received at - Container xx1 April, 202013:44:00Thats 29 days ago. It's still not processed.1. I never returned it. You messed up the delivery and it was sent back to you by the courier. At no point did I ever touch the item, therefore it was never my responsibility. This means that whether or not you need to process it is none of my concern, you should refund immediately.2. I should not have to wait 29 days after you have received the item back (the tracking states you have had it for that long) for you to process it. How have you not managed to process it in 29 days? Do you think its acceptable for people to have to wait this long? How can you be trading when you've had your messed up delivery back for over month and still not processed it? I can understand a few extra days but you cant just fob people off saying "we'll sort it when we're back to full staff" while you sit holding peoples money for items you never even delivered is disgusting during these times. Many people are struggling with money and I'm glad to not be in that situation while Very sits holding payment for something that never even got delivered.Just issue a refund already like you should have done weeks ago... Disgusting business practise. Utter incompetence.Edit: This has been sorted now thanks to Steph who replied to this review and got the refund actioned pretty much straight away. I feel like this could have all been avoided if there was a way to contact Very and get a reply without having to write reviews!

Reading some of the reviews on here, people seriously need to get a grip. Whingeing and moaning because their xbox, Nintendo or iPhone or other such "essential" item has not been delivered, or was late. SERIOUSLY? During a worldwide Pandemic and a country that is in lockdown?No thought about the warehouse staff or delivery drivers having to work to deliver your goods? Pathetic people. Most of these complaints are exactly what is wrong with today's society. Self entitled people chatting $h1t. No one forced you to open an account did they? Don't want charges on your account, then pay your bills on time or don't order non essential items you can't afford. It really is that simple.

**Edit** (since this review Very contacted Yodel and shock horror they found my package and delivered it within 1 dag so they had it all a long but needed Very to stwp in and do something about it ...)Absolutely shocking service between Very Twitter Accounts and Yodel. Ordered on 31st for delivery cpl days after to be told item actually wasnt even in stock. Given a 2nd delivery date of 9th April only to be told again no stock and no idea when getting it in. Why sell something you dont have in stock??.So no i get a dispatched notification on 21st April and Yodel says awaiting parcel.. since then nothing, no update and when I try to contact very i get them copying and pasting their covid 19 infor from their site or to be told we cant help as limited service but WAIT UNTILL BACK TO NORMAL!! What at the end of the year perhaps????Yodel no better as they ask to DM and when you do they ignore you and say no DM found even though ive screen shot all of my DMs to them.Its shocking how bad the service is. If you cant provide a service then close and stop selling stuff. The item is even on their website again saying deliver 4 working days... well thats wrong seeing as mine has been 6 working days and not even got to delivery company.Obviously someone is lying or my item has been lost and im not waiting months for people to be able to look into it
