Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money, sent items back they have been received as I have the postal proof yet no refund being processed. Numerous emails to customer service, tweets etc but no money refunded. As they are stockists for some lovely brands & designers they always had good options but designers please take note they are doing you no favours only robbing money.

Very pleased!!

Felt the need to leave a positive review amongst all the negative ones! Bought 2 dresses Wednesday evening and they arrived midday on Friday despite only doing standard delivery which I got free through the Debenhams card.

Credit where credit’s due

Perhaps I was lucky but I have had a very positive experience ordering from Debenhams this last week. I placed an order very late on Sunday night. I opted for standard delivery, which was the free option, and it said the order would be delivered within 7 working days. I had an email advising the order was on its way on Tuesday and It turned up on Thursday afternoon. I can’t fault them. This matches up with my experience during normal times. Thank you Debenhams!

Love Debenhams....

Debenhams are my go to place for a bargain. Over this difficult period i have ordered on at least 4 occasions and although delivery was slow, everything arrived in good order. I cant say the same for some other outlets i have ordered from. Well done Debenhams.

Prompt delivery

Was sceptical about ordering from here after reading all the reviews but decided to go ahead anyway. Ordered items on wednesday night late, regular delivery and recieved on tuesday afternoon.(that included bank holidsy weekend) Cannot complain about that. The only downfall is the tracking number they supplied did not work. When i got the tracking number for nightline it didnt work either but when i went into actual nightline website it worked.

Returns not refunded correctly

I placed a named day order in April with Debenhams and received it. Reading the reviews it seems I was lucky. However I sent 3 returns back and one of the items in the return packet wasn’t refunded. I have sent an email but haven’t received a response. The return was delayed in getting there through myHermes but I wonder if they have a holding bay for different companies and certain days that they deliver a truck load to Debenhams? My deliveries usually get to people in a few days through myHermes with no issues. Anyway I digress. There was a returns form in the parcel too so there’s definitely some Tom Foolery going on with Debenhams at the moment reading the reviews. Not sure where to go from here. It’s £17.50 but it’s £17.50 of my money that I would like returned to my bank account.

Was going to place an order last Monday…fantastic Service

Was going to place an order last Monday but after reading the reviews here I decided to hold off. Finally gave in and placed it late on Wednesday night. Got full updates via email and text every step of the way and my order arrived via Hermes today, Monday. Should also say I’m in Northern Ireland. So glad I went ahead and ordered. Five star service

Placed a large order on the 14th of…excellent

Placed a large order on the 14th of April last and received it on the 28th to Ireland, it did say when ordering it would take an average 9 days ......and after looking at this site when it didn’t arrive after the 9 days I worried I might never get my order...... just give them a little longer I’d suggest until making contact......I am delighted with my purchases I got fab value on their summer range with most items being half price..... I love ❤️ Debenhams think it’s a great store and it will be sadly missed in Ireland

Excellent Service

I ordered two pair of chino trousers and a large pack of socks on Saturday 18th April and it stated that it would take nine working days for delivery which I excepted. I used the free delivery service because I had just spent over £50 and I was in no hurry for them.The following Saturday I received an email stating that my order had been dispatched and On Monday 27th April Hermes sent an email stating my order would be delivered between 4 & 6 pm and I could track the order at any time. The order arrived on time and the Chinos were of good quality and a perfect fit. This order took six working days for delivery and with all the problems with Coronavirus I thought the service was excellent.

Great quality products, worth the wait

Based on some of these reviews, I was beginning to worry that my order wouldn't arrive however it came this morning. Best jacket for my son to keep warm, and the jumper and jeans I ordered are great quality too. For anyone waiting for their order, mine was shipped on 27 March and the original expected delivery was 8 April. This is to Australia however I ordered just before things went really bad with coronavirus so i imagine it would take a lot longer now. Note that the tracking number didnt work, which added to my doubt about it arriving.
