Wonderful Company

I can’t thank Carnival enough for their excellent customer service and generosity in these uncertain times.Yes my cruise has been cancelled due to Coronavirus. I was kept informed by Carnival and offered a full refund or a future cruise credit (FCC) The future cruise credit will include $600 to spend on board.I have chose the FCC And Cannot wait to sail with Carnival.

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. I had a cruise booked for 3/19/2020. I had to cancel my part. My cousin and her daughter are still going. My cousin and I divided it in the 1/3. She paid 2/3 for her and her daughter. I paid 1/3 ($350). First off after trying to get through and them shutting the phone lines down I got a representative. She said I would only get back port fees and taxes which was $140!!! BUT, they haven’t even done that. They have only given me back $70 of my $350!!! Super shady! I will never book a carnival cruise again!

hi my sister is getting married on a carnival curies in august 2020 so we booked over a year ago, but soon after my dad had to have surgery an is not doing very well so we had to cancel there cabin . Our cvp did give us a refund minus the $50 for the 3 people that was in the cabin and he suggested that i write review requesting the other refund so im asking for a full refund for my parents and my sister . its been really hard on the family to keep planning the wedding my for my younger sisiter when my daddy and step mom will not be able to go .. #booking 7JHR51 august 31 from new york to bermuda please if its any way we can get the full refund it would be a great help Thank you Yolanda Darby

I was scheduled to take a cruise on Elation on February 3rd. Due to a serious bout of the flu,I decided it wouldn't be advantageous for myself and others on board to take the trip. I called Carnival and was advised that I write a review to inquire if anything could be done to compensate my loss. This would have been my second cruise and was looking forward to a great time. Needless to say ,it was disappointing to have to miss it. My booking number 8XGJ12. Thanks for your attention in this matter.

After 7 cruises I guess a review is in order. My first cruise was fabulous. My last cruise was fabulous. All the cruises in between were fabulous. Only one complaint I have ever had. I got sick on the last day of my 5th cruise. I don't know if it was the food or a person but both the wife and I were miserable. My one grand praise? Once you arrive the stress falls completely off and I can forget about everything for a little while. A fat stogie, good drinks and wonderful conversation makes for a grand time. Also the entertainment aint half bad.

My wife and I took a Carnival Freedom…

My wife and I took a Carnival Freedom cruise in November. We took our daughter and her husband with us as a gift for her 50th birthday! Cabin facilities were satisfactory, our steward was terrific - perhaps the best we have had. My only dissatisfaction came from the foods. I am not a picky eater, but a couple of the dishes were not up to Carnival standards. The selections available were more limited than we have enjoyed in the past! The fried shrimp were hideous, as were the escargot. On the bright side the lamb shanks were marvelous! The rating procedures were difficult to navigate, and the submission means was so convoluted I have to wonder whether my assessment ever went through. Make it user friendly please!

Hated cruising, loved their customer service.

So first of all, this was my first cruise and although I was not a huge fan of cruising, I will leave an outstanding review.We got into out cruise on time, we were given the chance to upgrade the room with a balcony, which we took. Boarding was easy and we had our bedroom pretty quickly.Now, I personally was really bored at the ship, I felt like their pools were too small and in general I did not like cruising.On our last night fog started covering Galveston and the port was closed, and this is were my good review starts.Carnival kept us entertained, provided food, gave us hourly updates and it was an amazing customer service. We finally arrived several hours later and Carnival offered to people who had lost their flights or had to drive long distances, to be able to stay.I would love to see half of this customer service with any airline...So yes, although cruising is not for me, I have to say that Carnival had an amazing way of keeping everyone as happy as possible and made us feel like we were important customers, and that is why I am giving 5 stars to their service!

Great Shows,good food,affordable price

Great Shows,good food,affordable price I went in a 5 day trip to Cozumel and Progreso Yucatán but we lost Cozumel because someone in the cruse get very Sick so we had to come back to return that’s person back to the Port of Galveston the Coast Guards Not able to pick up that person.so all the people lost the chance to be in Cozumel for that’s situation so the trip was canceled for one person and all the people sacrifice that’s vacation for the reason of one!and this happened this week!

LGBTQXYZ

Well my biggest issue was that the LGBT mixer did not include QXY&Z members of the community. This is an outrage and the ship must change it’s policy to be all inclusive of every sex and gender! P.S. if this sounded sane to you then I highly suggest you get some therapy. The cruise was great, the food was decent and there was plenty of activities to do. You definitely get what you pay for.

Experience of a lifetime

I’m truly sad to see how poorly Carnival is rated! I’ve been on 2 cruises through Carnival in the last few years and I can honestly say it was some of the best days of my life. There was always something to do as a young adult. There were parties on deck, a club to meet people my age and to hang out with multiple activities everyday, movies played on the deck under the stars every night, and all the destinations that the ship would stop at. I also really loved the food, there were so many options to choose from. In the end, Carnival will always have a place in my heart.
