Pleasant surprise
I had originally thought I was ordering from a different vendor and nearly had a heart attack when I read the reviews. The order was delivered at 3 after placing the order at 10:30. Flowers were exactly as pictured and the vase had the same decoration.

Fast response to sad flowers.
I was not happy with the flower delivery. It I ordered flowers for my sisters big 50th birthday and was devastated to get an email the day of, they they would not be arriving till 2 to 3 days after. They arrived two days later and the balloons were wrong and the flowers did not look full as promised. They were still nice, but not worth the 113.00 I paid for.. They ended up refunding me half that amount and removed the shipping charge. So I was satisfied. This is reason I gave them 4 instead of 1. They were good on responding back and giving half the price.

Poor Service
We ordered two sets of flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered to the same address. One set was delivered and signed for. The second set was never delivered, despite receiving an email stating they were both delivered. Called the company and they said they would need to contact the delivery and they will call us back. It's been 2 days now and still no word. Just tried calling them back to follow- up, and of course there is a message that they cannot confirm delivery of flowers at this time. No option to speak to a Customer Service representative. I will try back one more time, if they can't/won't correct this, I was still be filing a complaint with my BBB.UPDATE: I was finally able to speak with a Customer Service representative. She contacted the florist responsible for delivery (while I was on hold). The florist apologized and assured delivery by the end of day, which did happen. From You Flowers reimbursed me 25% of what I paid for the inconvenience. I am satisfied with this resolution and therefore have upgraded my rating to a 3-Star.

A Decent Value & No Problems With My Order
I wanted to leave a good review because I placed an order through this company and was nervous because I read a lot of bad reviews after. They partner with local florists, so I think it really depends on the florists in the area where you live. I live in a fairly nice area with a lot of really good florists. I ordered two arrangements on Mother’s Day & placed the orders to be delivered sometime between Monday & Wednesday. They were delivered Wednesday morning & both arrangements were beautiful. They looked pretty much exactly how they were supposed to and there were no issues with my orders.

Covid-19 debacles
I ordered roses to be delivered to my mom on Mother’s Day, who is in a senior retirement home and they didn’t arrive. I asked for them to be delivered on Saturday, thinking it might be too busy on Sunday with the Covid-19 saga. The issue was they weren’t delivered on Saturday and I wasn’t notified, then when I checked on the order, since I hadn’t heard from my mom I saw that they didn’t even show up until Sat at a UPS destination in our area and we’re not out for delivery. I knew my mom wasn’t going to get them. I called the company and wasn’t satisfied, so I sent an email directly to the company from my originally placed order. They did tell me they will give me a full refund and my mom did get her flowers on Monday. She was happy with them and while she was sad on Mother’s Day (because she couldn’t be with her children) she said the flowers made her day. So, that is why I gave them 4 stars, we are in difficult times and everyone is trying to make the best of it.

We were happy with our order. I was surprised the flowers were delivered by UPS, hence no water (Had assumed a local florist would fill order) However, the shipment arrived within 13 hours from Kentucky and was in good condition.

Best online flower service!
Had a very prompt order delivered the other day. Matched the picture online perfectly.Ordered a next day arrangement today, received an email stating that the delivery would be delayed (Mother's Day) and offered the next available delivery date. Unfortunately, this date didn't work out. Called customer service and and had the order cancelled with zero problems for a full refund.This company is amazing!

Far beyond my expectations! I ordered a $19.99 florist choice special. The flowers were delivered right on time and the arrangement was FAR BETTER than I had ever dreamed in as far as bouquet size, design and freshness. The florist did an excellent job with flower variation and color to create a beautiful arrangement. Communication was also excellent as their notification of delivery to my email popped up the same time my daughter was calling to say thank you. Negative ratings had made me hesitant to order from FROM YOU FLOWERS, but they performed far beyond expectations. Thank You!

I started using this service 4 years…
I started using this service 4 years ago when my niece moved across country for college. If was such a small town none of the usual companies I was familiar with wouldn’t deliver to her zip code. I found fromyouflowers and they turned out to be so great I now use them for my local gifts as well. I always sent my niece food/snack arrangements and every time they were fresh and the pictures she took were identical to what I ordered. I recently started sending from their flower selection and was equally super satisfied. On Saturday I sent my mom the mason jar of sunflowers and she called to say they are still doing great on this Wednesday with new buds of the filler flowers still opening. Living in a big city I have access to order from anywhere but I’ll go with fromyouflowers every time! They always outdo themselves and never disappoint. Thank you!!

My experience with this company is a hit and miss...ordered 2 bouquets to be delivered on Valentine's day, paid extra for an early (before 2pm) delivery for one...by 1pm nothing was delivered but when tracking online found that it was delivered at 11am but to Windermere, not Orlando! Called the customer service and after 40 min talking to representatives, being on hold, they apologized and agreed to issue a full refund..the other bouquet was delivered around 5pm and the recipient said the Rose's were absolutely gorgeous! And they were, I saw the pictures..so, as I said, hit and miss..

They did make it right
UPDATED 2/21/20 I just got a call from Robin from Fromyouflowers. They returned all my money and sent a new order of flowers to my girlfriend I'm very happy, if that was done by C/S I would have never written a bad review. So I will changes stars from 1 to 4 only because of Robin. Thank youWhere do I start !!! I've ordered 3 times and sent to my girlfriend within 2 months. The first time was perfect no problem with order. The second order was delivered not sure what time but we came home from dinner at 11:00 and found flowers SITTING on front porch in 7 degree weather.. We left for dinner at 7:00 so have no idea how long they were sitting there. The 3rd and very last time was 2/14/20 I ordered a very nice display and paid for early delivery. At 11:00am I got a email conformation that the flowers were delivered which they were not !!! I called and after a hour on hold got hold of C/S she told me they just say that when it is loaded on the truck which is crazy.. She called the florest and they said it way on the way. We had a 7 pm dinner reservation and still no flowers .. On the way home from dinner at 9:30pm I got a call and the delivery person said what do you want me to do with your flowers !!! It was 22degrees and she said I will just put the on the porch... What the hell .... I was upset I paid all the money just a horrible place.. 2 days later the roses were turning brown .. I called C/S and told them . She offered ma a 20persent discount on my next order !!! I told her keep the discount I will NEVER order flowers from this place again. Horrible place and I going write 100 reviews....

I have no clue why the bad reviews. FromYouFlowers is an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING company. They messed up my first order slightly, which hey... stuff happens...But than..to my total surprise..they sent me a whole new arrangement which was supposed to be 2 dozen Rainbow roses ( which are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND INCREDIBLE) but they sent 25 roses...so one extra rose AND!! They gave me a FULL refund considering it was such a big day for that person receiving the Flowers who didn't get them when they were needed. This company cares!! This is by far the most caring understanding flower company I've ever used and I order flowers A LOT!. Not only were the Roses perfect but they were shipped with such care. This company goes above and beyond what they need to do. I cannot see why the bad reviews. I really can't. I absolutely whole heartedly recommend FromYouFlowers They have really impressed me.

First review I have ever written, but I feel like customers are only writing when they have negative experiences. So I'll offer my experience. I received good customer service even though it took some time to connect with an agent about a minor change. Flowers look almost as good as website every time I have ordered (~5x).
